Hey @Ico , Céline from the Figma Community Support team here! Good news, if your goal is to move your existing Professional team into your company's Organization, this is supported. Rather than manually migrating individual files or projects, you can transfer the team itself into the Organization.
This is the recommended path because it retains the team structure, files, projects, folders, and file version history (you won't need to recreate or re-upload your content). Existing team access settings are also carried over, although seat assignments and access may need to be reviewed afterward based on the destination Organization's membership and sharing policies.
Make also sure to use the transfer workflow rather than Send a copy, since copies don't include file version history.
