I am verified for the education plan but can not access any of it’s features. My plan still shows free next to my team. This is creating access issues for my program. I have sent a request to SheerID, but have received zero response.
The information provided in these forums are not helpful at all.
I have tried following all the steps and still have not been able to access the program correctly.

If you are still currently a higher education student, can you confirm first if you have completed the following application process?
Sign in to the Figma account you want to verify using your school-issued email address.
Apply at figma.com/education/apply.
Select Higher ed as your institution type and complete the SheerID verification process.

Please also note that higher education verifications are handled directly by our verification partner, SheerID, which manages the review process and has the required verification tools.
