AI credits disappeared from my account overnight

Yesterday evening, my account showed more than 2,000 AI credits. This morning, the balance was zero. I did not expect to use all of those credits overnight.
Could you please check my credit usage history and explain what caused the balance to drop? If the credits were deducted in error, I would appreciate it if you could restore them.

For security and privacy reasons I’m not able to review usage history or restore credits from the forum, since that needs access to your account. So I’ve opened a support ticket on your behalf (Ticket #2181739) and our customer support team will take a closer look.

Figma agent in Figma Design became generally available on October 6 and uses AI credits from the same budget as other AI tools, like Figma Make.

Here’s what would help from your side:

  1. Check your AI balance. Open a file where you have edit access, open the Main menu, and select AI balance. It shows how many credits you’ve used, how many are left, and your reset date.
  2. Reply to the message from our support team. When you noticed the drop, which AI features you used recently, a link to the file you were working in, and a screenshot of your AI balance. Our team can review your usage history and share what they find.
