I need to send a project to my teacher. How can I use his email to find his team project and log in there

Trying to use the 'distribute horizontal (and vertical) spacing' option for points on a line so the points will be equally spaced out on a line but it doesn't work anymore. Does anyone know why?

To copy a fill layer, I need to:Select an object Click on the fill layer - it will be highlighted in gray Click again on the object - the highlighted fill layer will now be highlighted in blue, and now it is really selected and can be copied/cut, etc.It used to work fine before (old UI), but now it behaves like this. I thought the copying function was broken. Is this the intended behavior? Linux Mint 21.3, Firefox 142

I'm having trouble using the glass effect in Figma and I'm not sure what I might be missing. Is there something I might be missing or any common issues to check?I've been trying to apply a glass effect to my designs but it doesn't seem to be working as expected. Hi Figma support, I have an urgent issue to ask: Figma could not display a sticky bottom bar when I used “Fixed in place” ,absolute positioning and set my prototype to iphone 13 setting. The sticky bottom bar does not even appear on iOS iphone 13!! I’ve tried using Last on top and First on top canvas stacking. Both only works on android device but not on iOS device on mobile in prototype mode!! I read that iOS mobile browser dun accept positioning of Figma! How can I overcome it?

Hi,When creating a webpage, adding images with Aspect Ratio Lock enabled, applying them to ‘fill’ the container they are in, then previewing the prototype in Responsive View (Z) cuts off the bottom half of the prototype. Steps to reproduce:Create a new webpage design in Figma. Example: 1920 wide Add images with Aspect Ratio Lock enabled. Set the images to Fill the container they are placed in. Preview the prototype and swap to Responsive View (Z shortcut)  Expected Result:The full prototype should display correctly in responsive view. Actual Result:The bottom half of the prototype is cut off in responsive view. Notes:I am on a Mac Studio Display (2560px wide) + the main frame is 1920px wide. This issue appears to happen consistently when the frame is smaller than the resolution it’s being scaled to in Responsive View. (1920px frame scaling up to 2560px) Moving the browser width inwards allows more of the full website to show. I use responsive images daily, and my current work around is

I would love some help please :) Thank you! I want one action to trigger another. Ie: When I click the ‘number’ (which is a component), another component variant (the box) goes from close to open. I cannot figure out how to do this. I’ve tried applying variables too but it just does not work.   

When I am importing pdf - it automatically goes to FigJam. I need to work in Figma design or Slides, I copy graphs to Figma design but all elements have corner radiuses (3). I need 0, I change to 0, looks good, as soon as I change size/scale - reverts to 3 corner radius. Elements show up as “shape with text” (even though there is no text), there is no option to detach in menu, shortcuts and plugins to detach, flatten do not work. What is the best way to:a) detach FigJam layers so they don’t revert backb) is there a way to control to import to Figma design or Figma Slides directly (drag and drop results in failure, import via button always imports to FigJam) to avoid this problemThank you for any help

I have been working on a Make app for a few hours and finally went to publish it (in-app preview looking great). The published version is like 7 iterations of UI ago. I can not refresh it, unpublish/republish, etc.. to get it to the new components to render. My company launches a lot of user tests on a weekly basis and we are running into a lot of problems with scaling. If a user tester has a 4k screen, and our designs are in 1440, the user tester will see massive black bars on each side of their screen. We normally use “fit-width” to have the design stretch according to the user’s screen but it does not seem to work. When we create our prototypes in Axure, we do not have this issue as the Axure scaling will properly make the design fit the user’s screen. In the screenshot below, the design was 1440 and it also had the correct height on the artboard/frame to ensure that scaling would work. The end result was massive black bars when using a 4k screen. Is there a way to resolve this issue, or does Figma scaling not actually scale anything beyond the actual width of the design?  

Does Figma Buzz automap your csv/xlxs field names to your Figma layer/component/frame names?

I was charged $192, but I have no idea what this expense entails from Figma. I pay Figma $15 a month for my subscription, but I have not signed up for any other subscriptions or memberships. What would $192 cover with regard to Figma? Do you know why I would be charged this amount? 

Hello,I assigned a Figma Seat type Full subscription to the Admin account for testing, and then released it the same day. An entry appeared in the Billing tab stating that on October 2, 2025, there will be a charge of around 550 EUR. I currently have 5 annual Full licenses purchased. A quarter ago it was possible to cancel additional subscriptions, and I hope it will be the same this time. I would be grateful for your confirmation.

It has happened with me multiple times, that I go to click Delete, I accidentally click on \ - the keyboard shortcut in Mac to “select parent”. And then I go click Delete and end up deleting the whole frame. I’d rather not have that keyboard shortcut, is there a way that it can be removed from the platform, or is there a way that I can remove that just for myself.

Hi, since a few days I cannot edit any Sites sections that contain Make components.Any change results in endless vertical growth of the section it’s contained in (see screenshot attached). This is the case even if it’s just a manual text change within the Make code component.I was hoping that it was a one time thing, but it keeps happening to any part of the page across several files that contain a Make component. I can consistently reproduce it.Eventually, it leads to the site crashing and my only option to resolve the issue is to reset a previous page before changes in version history, not allowing me to make any changes to Make code embeds.I haven’t received any error message for this yet. I’ve observed that a notification appears that prompts me to reconnect layers (see image below), but that doesn’t fix the issue. Sometimes I use dev mode links to look through people’s files. For every file I viewed I get notifications when something is marked as Ready for dev.And it also bloats my mail withFrame 2087324273 is ready for dev in Draft | You're subscribed because you viewed this file in Dev Mode.Kinda tired to unsubscribe from every single file. Why there’s no option to opt off every dev mode updates in settings? Figma notifications settings

Hey all,I’m suddenly unable to edit any text layers in Figma, across all files, pages, and even brand new files—affecting both my main and secondary accounts.What’s happening: Double-click and “Enter” don’t let me edit text—not in place, not in the side panel. Typography controls (font, size, etc.) are greyed out for every text layer I select. I can move/resize elements, change color, and create new shapes just fine. This started suddenly, across both Figma browser and desktop app. What I’ve already tried: Checked layer is NOT locked, not a component, and not a nested/grouped selection. Checked on different pages, old files, new files—issue persists everywhere. Created a totally new Figma file—still can’t edit any text, not even “Inter” font. Does anybody know how to delete a property in figma web on ipad? When using my Macbook, I can simply use the command+c shortcut to delete anything but since my ipad does not have it, what should I do? This applies to copy and paste, duplicate, etc.

Hello! I was following a tutorial on how to create a design system. I have a collection with two variable modes: Desktop and Mobile.When I switch the frame to the Mobile variable, the button’s horizontal padding is supposed to change, but nothing happens.Am I doing something wrong? 

Hey. When using Arabic, fonts that lack Arabic support fall back to Noto Sans. Today I ran into an issue where the fallback does not render the Semibold weight for Arabic. If I select Noto Sans Arabic directly, everything renders correctly.
