The problem is very simple. And it makes me go completly crazy 😂When I have various elements, I used to select all and auto layout them. but now it modify automatically the size of the element within the auto layout frame. I don’t know how to keep them when I’m creating an auto-layout.

Apparently I’ve been getting charged $20/ month on top of paying an annual subscription. The only way to (maybe) stop getting charged is to change my permissions to “view” only. So now I can’t use my own Figma account I’ve been overpaying for.  Their billing UI makes NO sense which I assume is to trick/force me into paying more. I REALLY want a refund for what I was overcharged and my time wasted.

When I try to upload a .ts file to Figma Make, I get the error message "Some file types cannot be uploaded," which links to this FAQ: https://help.figma.com/hc/ja/articles/31722591905559-Figma-Make%E3%81%AB%E9%96%A2%E3%81%99%E3%82%8BFAQJSON files upload fine, and when I check my network settings, it says I can reach all the domains required for Figma to run.Does anyone know how to fix this?

I understand that the Education Plan is intended for educational use.I have one specific licensing question. If I create 100% original vector illustrations and SVG graphics from scratch using Figma (without using Community assets, templates, plugins, AI-generated content, or any third-party resources), am I allowed to upload and sell those original designs on Adobe Stock?Or does the Figma Education Plan prohibit any commercial sale of content created with the Education Plan, even if the work is entirely my own?I would greatly appreciate a clear confirmation so I can fully comply with Figma's license terms.

Hello, I am looking to change my email for my student account, but that has not been working, whenever I try a new email id and try to verify it. The verification link pops open and gives an error “ Sorry, your link has expired or is malformed.” I tried with 3 different ID’s but it ended up creating a 3 new figma accounts. I would love to get some help regarding this. Cause, I do not want to lose all my school work.

HiCould I kindly request a refund for invoice number 35B3270F-0004 and 35B3270F-0003. This charge was unexpected, as I no longer have a need for the service and had intended to cancel the subscription before the renewal date. Unfortunately, I overlooked the cancellation process, and the subscription was automatically renewed. Since the renewal, I have not used any of the paid features associated with the Professional plan. I have also canceled the subscription to prevent any future renewals. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account and consider issuing a refund for this charge.

It’s been half a year. I’ve been noticing that the components and instances sometimes are disappearing after you created them and used within the file. They’re not just hiding themselves, but removing all the content inside of them, leaving only the filling color. In the version history, they are also broken and not visible, no backup, only recreating them again. Wasted so many hours throughout the last months, reacting the same components or rewriting same text. It’s so annoying and should be fixed immediately. Thank you.

Summary: State-driven variable bindings (icon color, border width) don't apply on the first variant change when a component instance lives inside a slot of another component. A second toggle is required before the correct values render.Steps to reproduce:Component A ("Menu Item") with a State variant (Default / Active). The Active variant changes the icon color and border via variable-bound values (tokens). Component B ("Navigation") with a slot; place Menu Item instances into that slot. Use Component B as an instance (in our case, nested inside a larger component / preset). On the instance, change a Menu Item's State to Active.Expected: The icon color and border width update immediately to the Active tokens.Actual: On the first switch, the icon color and border render stale/incorrect. Switching State a second time corrects them. In 2023 there were introduced some new variables for fields. After the UI2 or UI3 redesign they simply missed. the right-click panel doesn’t show any variables. I cannot find a way to add them for:Opacity layer Storke weight Layout/Transformation propertiesI would say for all fields in the right sidebar. However in any pop up window like for effects they’re available through the icon.  

Hi,I'm trying to reactivate my plan (update payment details), but this window has been showing up since yesterday. I've tried both on the web and in the app, and I get the same issue on both - I can't enter any of my card information.If you know a solution, I'd really appreciate your help.  

Месяц назад оформляла на месяц подписку на место 5 $, далее не появлялось никаких соглашений, о продление , толко обновить подписку. В настройках я сделала деактивацию, так как мне не нужна подписка, и у меня нет команды чтобы подключать. Сегодня списалось 94$ долл , согласия я на это не давала, с банка код не приходил. В настройках даже карта не указана , ничего нет, только чек о списании. Как решить этот вопрос, сколько ждать ответа от поддержки, списалась не маленькая сумма , а я даже не понимаю за что, и то, что мне не нужно.   

Hi! I went to update a Figma slides template published to our team. But I got an error message when trying to re-publish. Now the original template is no longer available. I have tried trouble shooting based on previuos help topics. Tried publishing just one simple slide as well and got the same error (see below).  It seems to be the publishing itself and not the type of slides I am publishing (no components).  I am on an organisational plan with a full seat.Hope someone can help me resolve this issue :-)   

When applying any default/built-in shader via Fill → Shader OR Effects → Shader on the Figma desktop app, nothing renders on canvas and no shader panel appears for me.
