Hey @miles ay, thanks for reaching out!

A few things to check:

  1. Look at the root of your domain. Check for an AAAA record on blackhills.com.hk itself, not a subdomain. Depending on your provider, the root can show as @, a blank host, or the domain name.
  2. Confirm where your DNS is hosted. If your nameservers point to a different provider than your registrar, changes made at the registrar won’t take effect, so any AAAA record would live with the provider your nameservers point to.
  3. Refresh in Figma. After any change, click Settings in the left navigation bar of your site file, then Domains in the Site section, and click Refresh. DNS changes can also take a little while to update.

You can find the full list of checks on Troubleshoot the domain connection in Manage a custom domain for your site.

If you’re still experiencing issues, please contact our Customer Support team through the Support Hub so they can take a closer look. It helps to include your site file URL, your domain, your registrar and DNS provider, and a screenshot of the Connected domain section showing the host and value of each record.

Hope this helps!
