As of last week, I suddenly cannot export anything but PNGs.  Example:   if you select the icon and try to change the export from png to svg, it reverts to png.

I recently canceled my Professional Dev seats subscription, expecting the cancellation to take effect immediately. However, my invoice shows: $15 credit for unused Dev seat time (as expected) $20 charge for Professional Full seats, which I never selected or approved This left a $5 net charge.From my understanding of Figma’s prorated billing policy, prorated charges should only apply to seat types I’ve approved or requested. In this case, I did not approve or initiate a switch from Dev to Full seats — the change appears to have been applied automatically at cancellation.I would like: Confirmation of whether a seat type change occurred in my account logs. The timestamp and trigger source for this change (whether initiated by me, another admin, or automatically by the system). A refund for the $5 charge, as I did not request this seat type. Hi community,I’d like to share a billing issue we’ve encountered in my company and also ask for clarification on how the payment process works when upgrading a seat from one plan type to another under an annual subscription.On July 10th, we purchased two annual Dev licenses. Shortly after, we realized that this plan did not include editor access (our oversight). To fix this, we decided to upgrade one of the seats to a Full license.The problem is that after making this change, we have already been charged three additional payments, totaling approximately $334 USD, and these charges are being applied monthly (around $60 USD per month per seat) instead of being prorated according to our existing annual plan, which was paid upfront.My questions are: Why is the charge applied monthly if our base plan is annual? Shouldn’t the upgrade cost be calculated as a prorated adjustment for the remaining time in the annual cycle? Is this the expected behavior or is it a billing system error? Wil

I have created a website with Figma Make - it’s published to staging, and works fine on desktop, but when I view the same link on mobile, the site doesn’t load at all - it’s just a blank white page. Anyone else experienced this? It displays fine in mobile view within Figma (adapts responsively etc), but on the actual mobile browser - won’t load.

I was searching for my saved plugins in the new interface, but I noticed they are not listed. Even after selecting the “All” option in the top-right menu, only 25 plugins are displayed. Some of my saved plugins seem to be missing. I had to switch back to the old interface to view all the plugins I had saved in the past. I would like to ask if there is a way to display all the saved plugins in the new interface. I appreciate any help on this matter, and I hope my issue can be resolved. Thank you in advance!

When using a template I can easily hide an element but I can’t find where to show or unhide it.What I am doing wrong ?

Hey fellas, I have a few black screen/empty pages in my preview and I can’t find what is the issue in the file or it is a bug? Any suggestions why it is happening?

I have been using Figma Make since last 3 days for my project. I sent a prompt after which it showed 10+ warning. I clicked on fix these warnings and it is taking forever to fix those warnings. Also, it is not taking any other prompt after this. Please help me out in this. 

Hi guys, I am really really frustrated by a problem with prototype view, I’ve made an interactive component with hover, pressed and active states, I’ve converted the different rectangles representing different ratios into components and then added one of the instances (16:9) into the actual interactive component to swap them later, but when I am switching the color of active states in other instances, only the text label gets changed, even tho I have properly named everything.P.S: I’ve made lots of components earlier and never had this problem, if someone could explain me, it would be great 

Slack integration stopped streaming comments to the channel

Everything look alike and the position of the UI keeps on changing. It’s been a few weeks trying the new UI and I’m so much slower and inefficient with this new layout. I used to believe Figma would be my long term tool, but now I’m not so sure about that.

I’m designing a multilingual website using Figma Sites and I’ve set up string variables with multiple modes (for example, en and de) to enable language switching. However, when I try to use the “Set variable mode” interaction in the prototype settings (under the “Add interaction” panel), this option is not appearing or is unavailable in the list.I've followed the steps to create a variable collection with multiple modes and applied the string variables correctly to my text layers. I'm also on Professional plan, and I believe my plan supports at least two modes.Could you please let me know: Why the “Set variable mode” interaction is not showing up? Are there any plan limitations or conditions under which this interaction becomes available in Figma Sites? Is there something I might be missing in setup or publishing workflow? Looking forward to your assistance to resolve this issue.

Здравствуйте! Столкнулась с проблемой при работе с компонентами. Когда нажимаю на «Создать компонент»: на холсте появляется рядом с названием 4 заполненных ромба как мастер набор, а в панели Layers показывается 4 пустых ромба как копии. Если создаю копию инстанса и жму на «подняться к родителю», меня возвращает к тому же фрейму с 4 пустыми ромбами (копиями). Получаю расхождение статуса между холстом и Layers. Из-за этого недоступны обычные функции для «мастера»: Detach/Отсоединить экземпляр и Swap/Замена и т. д. Скриншот приложила. Подскажите пожалуйста, как исправить?Что уже пробовала:Перезапуск приложения и файла. Разгруппировать → снова «Создать новый компонент». Копировать в новый файл. Проверить, не объединены ли объекты в набор/варианты.

Hi, I accidentally clicked to create a new team and then got stuck on the “Add team members” page. Neither “Skip for now” nor the close button in the upper right works to leave this page. I’ve tried logging out, restarting the app, and even reinstalling it, but every time I open Figma, I’m still stuck on this page and can’t close it to go back to the homepage. The web version works fine. How can I resolve this?  

 I created a prototype using Figma Make and saved it both as a file with the .make extension and as code in a .zip file. After that, I started a new project, but it didn’t work out, so now I want to return to my previous project. How can I restore my earlier project from these files?I am asking the question here since I was waiting for sale team to call me for over 10 days and they don't bother to contact me. Hi everyone,I'm currently taking over a large Figma project from another company, and I’ve run into a major issue with component linking. I’ll try to explain as clearly as possible:The previous team provided me with several Figma files: A working file A library file (which includes the UI kit, components, ...) A color styles file An icon file I uploaded all of these files into my company’s Figma workspace. Then I published the three system files (library, color styles, icons) so they act as design system libraries.After that, I opened the working file and added all three published libraries to it. The problem is: none of the components in the working file are connected to the published library. They appear as external components but not linked. Manually linking works correclty, but this project has over 100+ pages, so manually relinking everything isn’t realistic.My questions are: Am I missing a key step in the import or publishing process? Why do you apply educational plan of figma? What is your school name? What is your main lecture about? Hey Figma folks, I'm just curious if you guys had had a chance to look at this.  I really really like the application I was able to build out using prompts, but now I can't get it out of Figma. I'm  a back in developer who is learning to use front end tools through your awesome product, and seems like the absolute most important possible capability is not an option. I was genuinely shocked to read that you could not do this and I can't understand why.

Ciao,When you set a frame size (e.g. A4 sheet - 21x29.7cm) and set the resolution to 300dpi, when I go to export the PDF, the file is not the size of an A4... This is absolutely not correct. The file size should always be the same, but with different resolutions.Fix as soon as possible, Thank you.
