Olga Nikolaeva

We paid for a Professional plan already and need to upgrade to Organisation.

When I try to pay I see the full cost of the team from zero, but I want the previously paid plan to be included in the cost as a discount

Could you please help me?

Hey @Olga Nikolaeva - happy to help get you in the right direction. It sounds like you’re wanting to have the cost you already paid for your professional plan to be prorated with the cost of upgrading to an organization one.

While I’m not able to help with this on the forum directly (for both security and privacy reasons), I can get you set up with someone on our support team that assists with billing and subscriptions.

Please fill out this form, and let me know when you have done so. Thank you!

Whenever I open a new tab or when I share a file with someone, this message shows up, whenever my money is deducted every month, please resolve this urgently.

Hey @Agnesh Jha , Celine from Figma here, happy to assist! Thanks for reaching out to the Figma Forum.

First, could you please double-check that the file you're working on isn’t stored inside a team on the free Starter plan? (as that can cause this type of message to appear).

If everything looks correct but you're still seeing the issue, the best next step is to contact our support team so they can investigate your account and billing details privately. Since this involves payments and permissions, we’re not able to handle it here in the Forum for security reasons.
Please submit a request using the email linked to your Figma account here: Submit a request

When you fill out the form, it will help the team if you include:

  • The link to the affected file

  • Confirmation of which team the file is in (and that it’s not a Starter plan space)

  • A screenshot of the message you're seeing

Thanks for your patience, and we’ll make sure you get the help you need!
