My Figma account was suspended

My Figma account was suspended about a week ago, and since then I can’t access any of my files or ongoing work. I reached out to Figma Support, but I still haven’t received any response. My work is completely blocked right now because everything is stored in my account.

Could someone please let me know how long it usually takes to get a reply from support?
