REVATI HIRE

yesterday I was working in my file after 2 weeks and I made small changes in 1 of the frames.

But when I opened it today, not only was my yesterday’s work gone, half work from more than 2 weeks ago was also gone.

Most of it was text, but some images have disappeared too.

Hey @REVATI HIRE, thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that some of your recent work seems to have disappeared.

Just to help narrow things down, do you recall seeing this icon recently?

Sometimes this can indicate that Figma was working offline. Figma’s Autosave isn’t a full offline mode, so if the connection is unstable, changes may not sync as expected.

This can happen if:

  • Your internet connection drops or becomes unstable
  • Figma or your browser crashes
  • Your device restarts unexpectedly or loses power

More details on how Autosave behaves can be found here.

In the meantime, have you had a chance to check the file’s version history to see if your missing work is saved in an earlier version? You can review and restore previous versions using this guide: Restore a previous version

If you’re not able to restore from a previous version, you could contact our support team and provide them a file link and invite support-share@figma.com with "can edit" permission (Note that users with @figma.com emails on your team do not count towards your billing) so they can investigate if they’re able to help out.
