I received this email, I am on a student plan for an online bootcamp course- DesignLab. I need to extend my student plan. I tried resubmitting a verification status and got this message below. Not sure what to do, I need at least 4 more weeks of the plan. Please any help would be appreciated! 

I have 3 variants. The animations go as 1 => 2 => 3. When both animations are delayed, the delay works, but when the transition between 1-2 is with a click and between 2-3 is with a delay, the delay does not work.first casesecond case 

I'm using the new product which is figma buzz, I was in the middle of my design, just like usual figma file, I'm trying to view the design in outline mode, in a regualr figma file, it's working but in figma buzz its not working, is this a bug or it's disabled in figma buzz natively?

hi, I made an overlay that contains a component with two states: Start and Enabled. Interacting with the overlay in Start state moves it to Enabled state.In the Enabled state, component has a Close button.On the Close button, I added actionsclose overlay set component back back to Start stateWhen I run the prototype, the second action never gets executed. The component remains in the Enabled state when the overlay is opened again. If I switch the order of the actions, the component returns to Start state but the overlay does not close. Only the first action is being executed.For now, I’m trying to find a workaround but this is very annoying and it’s cost enough time that it’s compromising a tight deadline. Figma, please fix.  

In my Iphone frame I have create a bottom bar component and I want the bottom bar to stay fixed in place and when ever I try to select the Fixed (stay in place) option I am unable to select that option , why is that ?? I want that fixed :(

I am finding it difficult to draw the editable vector diagram from an image. Can anyone please suggest the method to do it? I tried using the pen tool and I am finding it exteremely difficult to do it in the same proportions.Attched is the image

BUG: Whenever I try to customise the colour of a line of a square to a custom colour (not one that’s already listed as part of the options), then the whole square changes colour, and doesnt allow me to have a custom colour outline with a white inner.  

Automatically linking color variables with text styles. Everytime i apply body(p), I want the color variable linked to it also to be applied. Any work around right now?

Hi all,  I think it could be a bug or I am missing something?  Please, advise.  I have a component called Rectangle with 4 variants (2 for grey and 2 for black). I also have two pages where that component is used. Initial setup is here.  There is an interaction on variants On Click - Change to...  When I play a prototype and on Screen 1 change the Rectangle variant to “small” and then go to screen 2 - i see Rectangle Small variant there as well, which i am not supposed to as Figma handles instances and their variants independently. Hi all, First post here so bear with me.I am trying to create a template in figma buzz but finding the font keeps automatically changing when swapping between template heights (width is the same)I have set the template to instagram square (W1080 x H1080) and set the font size to 290.The font sits inside a full width auto layout of the frame so for any changes in width, the text should wrap. However whenever i change to instagram Portrait (W1080 x H1350) the font automatically changes size to 324.23. I can’t work out why as the width hasn’t changed in any way. I'm building a web with a make AI model. I'm a beginner, so I'm using more than 200 versions due to prompt abuse, which seems to be why the web development page is slowing down. Is there a way to delete the version?

The web under development has become too slow in AI development. I think there are too many codes that have died of uselessness by adding and subtracting many functions. The user page has not slowed down much, but only AI development has slowed down, so is there a good way to improve this?

In some cases, the export dialog is not showing the field for file name on OSX (I have tested the same on Windows, and the issue is not present there). I have observed the behaviour consistently every time.How to reproduce:Create a section with a name including ‘/’ (such as “Products list / Filtered”) Create a section inside this with an empty name The reason for the desire to not give it a name is simple: when the section is exported, the PNG actually includes the section name in the top left, which is undesirable in my specific case Place any frame and/or element inside this section When you are trying to export the inner section (the unnamed one) to PNG, the export dialog is missing the file name field, which is unfortunate since “.png” is not a valid name, so Figma is unable to complete the export.The issue is immediately solved if the ‘/’ is removed from the name of the outer section.I’m not sure if this is a bug or a feature gone wrong, but since the same doesn’t happen on Window

I accidentally switched my starter plan to education. How can I switch it back? And will my files be affected by that?

Is there any way to revert to the previous method for editing vector shapes, where you could click to add a point and then place it exactly where you want? 

The action icon under the Properties section is not in the right position. It is getting clipped.

For some reason, we’ve never been able to apply corner smoothing to a fully rounded rectangle or pill shape.Although I’ve found a workaround, it’s imperfect, time-consuming, and not ideal.Is there any way to apply corner smoothing to a pill shape?

Hello everyone!I have the following situation:File #1: Contains many components whose instances are being used in the same file. Also this file contains several features that now need to be splited into separate files. File #2: A new file published as a library that contains all the newer version components from File #1.What I need now is to swap the instances in File #1 to use the components from the published library (File #2) instead of the local components in the same file. Is there a way to do this automatically? Doing it manually is becoming a nightmare. Thanks,Leandro

Hi, it appears the eyedropper tool is not working at all after the latest round of updates. I’ve already read this article, which outlines new eyedropper functionalities that I’m looking forward to. However, when I toggle the eyedropper and start hovering around my file, it does not correctly pick up any color--I can see in the color picker window that the eyedropper is bouncing all over the color spectrum, seemingly at random. When I eventually click over a color in my file, the eyedropper is consistently pulling random values, all at randomized opacity values, too.In the screenshots attached, I had hovered over this swatch on my color palette in the file, and the eyedropper returned this random purple value at 1.57% opacity (using this as an example because you can clearly see the proper hex value on my swatch vs. the value the eyedropper returned). Seems like a bug, or perhaps I’m missing something about its new settings and capabilities. I use this tool a lot so I’d appreciate any

How can I create a dropdown menu for my hamburger menu icon that link to different sections of the landing page? My landing page is a frame that use auto layout, and inside that landing page frame there are multiple auto layout frames representing different sections. Thanks!
