I have a collection with 3 modes: Light, Grey and Dark. The grey mode is something we created as a work around we need for our multi-brand & multi-mode DS. So today I realized that the Grey mode is not working and actually it looks different in the variable Panel. While the “light” and “Dark” titles are in bold, grey is just in regular. I couldn’t find the reason why is that and is the only hint i have about why is not applying this mode, but I don’t know what it means that the collection mode name is not in bold like the ones working. Help please!  

Figma's performance over the past month has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. I'm constantly stuck waiting while the system tries to update the page — and it happens randomly, even after making the smallest changes to a file. I understand having to wait after pulling in updates from my design system, but being interrupted at random with no clear reason is really disruptive.This happens at least 20 times a day, and each time I’m stuck waiting for 30 seconds to a full minute. It’s a major disruption to my workflow. On top of that, even when the page isn't reloading, the overall performance just feels sluggish. For example, when I update text in a component, there’s often a 2–5 second delay before the change is applied. Hi, I don't know what has changed but I get this message "we noticed changes in your account...." when I want to publish a new version of my plugin (screenshot attached). I even added dynamic pages and there is no error marked. I wrote to that email but only an AI bot responded. I answered that but no reply.What can be done to resolve this?I need to publish a critical fix of my plugin “MATE”.Thanks! 

Hi. I am following directions to Cmd-C an entire frame, then Cmd-V to my file, but only get the text. I've tried...- Chrome, Firefox, Desktop App, and Copy and paste playground- Restarted Mac, Force quit Desktop and Browser- Turned off all Chrome extensions, Cleared cache and logins for a week- Searched Community and Documentation, followed suggestions to no avail- Followed the Troubleshooting checklistCan anyone help me with this? Thanks!

We are now using MCP server in Android Studio using Github Copilot Agent, We have enabled MCP server in Figma, then it is connected in Android Studio Copilot then when we give figma selected design link to android copilot agent it says, it cannot directly access your Figma selection or extract design specs from Figma automatically. My expection is, when we give a link to copilot and say it to make UI, it should work,How I can achieve this with android studio

So, whenever I wanted to export a design from FIGMA to a code (HTML) it works perfectly fine. When I tried doing the same thing with the new Apple Liquid Glass feature it always exported it as if its just a guassian blur effect. Would really appreciate if anyone can help me know if this is even possible to export this effect as a code (HTML) or not.

I encountered a very headheadache problem today. Without any limit prompt, my figma make kept telling me "Try again with fewer inputs". I tried different inputs but couldn't ask questions. If this conversation is too long to ask questions in this make, is there a way to migrate my code to a new make to start a new conversation? 

I honestly think this is the only thing that figma is missing for me right now!

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with Figma that I hope someone can help me with.Whenever I export or download images (PNG/JPG) from Figma, the files often appear to be corrupted. They either won’t open at all, or show broken, blank, or distorted areas. This happens both in the browser version and the Figma desktop app.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:- Exporting in different formats (PNG, JPG, SVG)- Changing resolution settings (1x, 2x, etc.)- Downloading from different browsers (Chrome, Edge)- Using the desktop app (same issue occurs)- Clearing cache and restartingDespite all of this, the issue still happens — especially with large images or frames that include shadows, gradients, or blur effects.Has anyone else experienced this?  Any idea what could be causing it or how to resolve it?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, we are trying with figma make to connect webhooks with n8n which are fully working tested on POSTMAN and there is no chance to make it work. I managed some how to work it out once and no more in test mode. it is now in producction and not answering through the webhook.Instrucctions such,  here is the webhook, method post, it will return json through webhook reposnse. represent it back on your front end nicely for the user. I have checked youtubes and it should just work like this, is there anything else I am missing?

Why did you mess up the cursor work so badly?So inconvenient and not accurate.Now it's simply impossible to move small objects without zooming to them a hundred times.The zoom cursor used to be conveniently located on the outside of the corner, now it's always on the top left for all corbers.Working with the gradient cursor is just torture. Hit the gradient point handle is a quest.But the ugliest part is that the object creation cursor is now completely faux.It doesn't draw the shape where it is expected, but draws it offset from the cursorhttps://0x0.st/8VgY.024.mp4

Glass Style Creation Resets Frost ValueI’m trying to apply a frost value of 4 to a frame and then creating Effect Style for use in other places. Once I’m done configuring the glass style settings on a dummy frame, I click the “Create Style” plus icon and instantly the “Frost” value inside the glass style configuration gets reset to 24. The value can be changed back to 4 or any other but this change is not reflected in the actual style and glass stays blurry as it would be for a Frost of 24. Looks like a simple background blur and does not get cleared as the Frost value is lowered.

I’m currently working on a dashboard using the new grid system of AutoLayout but I can’t find a way to add new rows to a frame without distorting the elements I’ve already placed on the grid. I started with a 10x8 square grid an then decided to add more rows to fit other components; if I add them from the grid options it will keep the frame size and fit the new rows within the height it has, changing the row height. From there I’d have to adjust the height of the frame manually so I could keep the same row height I had before.Is there a way to define the width and height of the columns and rows? wouldn’t it be easier if I could add rows  with the same row-height that would adjust automatically the height of the frame if there’s enough space on the parent frame?Example before adding the rowsAfterWhat I wanted (adjusted manually (not sure if I kept the same row height without a calculator))How I think it could work:Ex: Add a new row in a Word table (similar to Google sheets) 

For a long time, the figma pen has been lagging, but that’s fine because we’ve been patiently waiting for them to fix it and could still make do. But recently, I don’t know if it’s because of the updates, but the pen function has been horrible when I use my graphics tablet. Not only does it lag (as it has always done), but it is faint and you have to press down real hard for it to work. I can’t write using my laptop touch pad but it works better with the touch pad. Please Figma team, help me out because using Figma is now becoming next to impossible for a classroom setting.

So I have a problem with viewing my design in Figma.I am designing a desktop app interface on a 1440px frame, which suppose to be some kind of standard for desktop apps, and I am using component libraries such as shadcn.The problem is that library components use font size 14px, which is same as the size that is used on Shadcn website.BUT when I use those components in my design, they are just too small for the window and 14px text is barely readable.I tried to understand what is wwrong so I took a screenshot of the Shadcn dashboard example in the browser, pasted it into Figma and tried to match font sizes. Hi mates,I was using Figma Sites from a first date was release at Figma Beta. But I really don’t known how to prototype “Open Overlay” just like Figma Design was like. Any one known how to work-around with that.I was copy my design with prototype work-fine from Figma Design, but still can't running with Figma Sites.And when I publish, I receive this message “Interactions · Unsupported action" Really annoying that they bring many new interactions, but somehow forget little trigger but useful like “Open Overlay" 

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with my Figma prototype. One of the white rectangles in my design — which has a plain white "glacé" effect but no opacity or gradient — suddenly appears with a gradient when I run the prototype.I've double-checked the fill settings, and it's set to solid white (#FFFFFF), with 100% opacity and no effects applied.Has anyone experienced this before? Could it be a rendering bug in prototype mode, or am I missing something?Thanks in advance!    

Why  can't buy figma pro?

I recently lost access to my Google account, and unfortunately, this account was linked to my Figma profile, which contains several important projects that I desperately need to recover.Since I can no longer log in to Figma using that account, I’m hoping there’s a way to regain access to my projects. Has anyone experienced something similar or know if Figma support can help transfer projects to a new account?

I’ve been using figma.fileKey in an internal Figma plugin to get the file’s latest contributor, and it had been working fine until today.Now I’m getting the following error:Unhandled promise rejection: Error: figma.fileKey is undefined.
