So I cancelled and downgraded my plan but for some reason I was charged anyways on my account for 34 dollars. There is no shot I continue to use this software after this blatant practice of 'charging without the customer knowing' mentality.

I understand that you’re seeing an unexpected charge even after cancelling your plan.

 

When you go to Settings in your team’s Admin dashboard, scroll down to “Cancel plan”, and confirm your choice, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it automatically downgrades to our free Starter plan.
