is it normal for figma to charge after downgrading account?

So I cancelled and downgraded my plan but for some reason I was charged anyways on my account for 34 dollars. There is no shot I continue to use this software after this blatant practice of 'charging without the customer knowing' mentality.

I understand that you’re seeing an unexpected charge even after cancelling your plan.

 

When you go to Settings in your team’s Admin dashboard, scroll down to “Cancel plan”, and confirm your choice, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it automatically downgrades to our free Starter plan.

It also happened to me they charged me multiple times after I canceled my plan and downgraded to the free plan and they are still charging me every month. I tried to contact them in any way. Other than an AI agent, there is no one to answer costumers. I’m not even sorry to say this, It looks like they are cheating money this way!
