Hi, I was asked to re-verify my student status in september, which I did. After that Figma still told me I had to re-verify so I tried verifying again only to be told I exceeded my verification limit, so I contacted SheerID, who said I was successfully verified already. By then everything still worked fine in Figma so I thought it might be a harmless bug, but recently I was locked out of my team and am to be locked out of the teams from my classes, is there a way to reset my verification limit? Otherwise I won't be able to use Figma for uni anymore entirely

Hi ​@Ben K, welcome to Figma Forum and thanks for flagging this. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble accessing the teams tied to your classes.

Before I escalate this for review, could you double-check whether you were was added as a collaborator on another team that might still need to complete verification?

The verification process can vary depending on your institution — you can find details in this announcement: Updates to our Figma Education plan.

If that doesn’t resolve it, or if you’re certain you’re the team owner, let me know and I’ll escalate this to the Education Team for a deeper look into the account settings.

Hi thanks for the reply, the problem isnt limited to my classes, my whole account is marked as unverified, including my own default team (I hope I understand your reply correctly here)
