Something went wrong [ Can't load any of my projects.

Hi. I am having a problem with opening my project files on Figma. This problem started today (10 November) I have seen someone with a similar issue and I have tried all the suggested remedies for this issue — but no luck. Help with this would be great. 

Attached is a screenshot of the error message that comes up.

     Hey ​@Bayanda Dlamini, thanks for reaching out!
    To cover some basics could you check the following please: 

    1. Account Access: Sometimes, files are linked to a different account. Double-check that you're logged into the correct account that has access to the project.
    2. Permissions: It's possible that the file's permissions have changed, or it might have been moved or deleted by someone with access. If you suspect it might have been shared with someone else, you could reach out to them to check the file's status.
    3. Deleted Files: Check your deleted files section to see if the project might have been accidentally deleted. You can restore it from there if that's the case.

     

     This error typically occurs when an operation fails for an unknown reason.

    • If you are using a web browser, can you please try on another browser or Figma desktop app?
    • Please try restarting the browser and the desktop app or reinstalling the desktop app and try again to access the file
