I understand that you’re running into trouble generating a personal access token. I checked on my end and was able to create one successfully in both the browser and desktop apps using these steps: Manage personal access tokens → Generate a personal access token. You may need to scroll to the second-to-last section on the Security tab to find “Personal access tokens.”
