I recently noticed that an additional seat was accidentally added to my Professional plan. The payment for this billing cycle is due on November 16, and I wanted to reach out before that to ensure I’m not charged for the extra seat.
Could you please help me remove the additional seat and confirm that I won’t be billed for it?
