Hello!Anyone knows if, when using Bulk, the size of the images you add in your spreadsheet matter?Sometimes they look pixelised so I was wondering if there was a way to avoid this.Thanks 

I'm having trouble importing a .fig file... I've already cleared the temp/figma folder as recommended, but this error appeared:"Failed to download the file importer. Please make sure you're connected to the internet and try again."I've read a few other discussions, but I don't see the option to choose the file format on my end.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

We as a company essentials concept GmbH in Germany had once a paid figma account.This account we have moved into a free account because the company is no more an advertising agency. Since one of my last employees must have created an account on him- oder herself I don't have any way to get into this account but I pay monthly 101,- Euro to you.  who can help me an how? Thank you all in advance. 

I have been using 4 collaborator seats on an annual plan, but today I accidentally added 1 full seat. The invoice has already been updated to include this change, and I wanted to cancel the extra full seat right away, but I cannot find any option to do so. I only want to continue using my original 4 collaborator seats and do not wish to incur any additional charges.

Hi,I am trying to move files and projects into an Enterprise account with different workspaces and teams.Is there a way to do this as I have tried to move file and even though there is edit access on the files it is not working.Thanks

So I recently decided I needed to “split” a variable in two. Originally it had this naming structure component-name/variable-name.I duplicated the variable, and renamed them to this naming convention component-name/app-section/variable name. Now after publishing the change, my components that was using the original variable, still has the original variable applied to it, and the changes I made to the variable with the name update are not applied to it. I understand that moving a variable into a different group might not be optimal, but technically it is the same variable as it was before. To achieve the updates, I now have to detach the variable from the components using it, then re-apply it. Is there a reason for this, and is there a way to “refresh” variables in some way?

I created a site om Figma Make and purchased the domain from Netlify and more than 48 hours have passed and when i type in my domain i get an error message, please see picture attached). I contacted netlify and they told me it is a Figma issue. Can anyone help?

Can't create or open a new editor.Web app errors: An error occurred while opening the editor; Failed to fetch; error loading payment plan (something like that).Desktop app error: -3; -106.Tried everything: clearing cache, using different browsers, rebooting the computer, with and without VPN, with different networks, re-creating the account

When exporting content and detail heavy slides from Figma slides I am losing details and layers on the slide itself.It is only happening with exporting as a PDF however I NEED to export it was a pdf from Figma to ensure text can be read by AI. I have tried a few methods but none of them have provided me with what I need, if you have any tips or ideas that might fix this problem that would be great to hear!!!!Can you please help?

Figjam has the same crummy experience trying to copy a page/board as Figma does...you can’t just duplicate or move a board, you have to open the original, open a new blank file, copy and paste all content manually. It sucks. What is really being annoying right now is that images on the Figjam board are not being copied over even tho they are unlocked.

When I use the /v1/file endpoint to retrieve the file data vie REST request, in the effects property of a node i cant see the relevant properties for the glass effect:{    type": "GLASS",    "visible": true} Is there any option to get the properties that are also available in the PluginAPI or a timeline when this data is present in the REST Api? Thanks, Felix

So, ive been using figma make for a few days now, and everything is absolutely smooth , getting amazing results, creating amazing flows, complex interactions, but starting from yesterday, my figma make became completely DUMB, every simple change that i make on the project, everything breaks, for example, i have a 3 tab design, with everything working fine, i asked figma make to remove 1 item of the accordion on the fist tab and the entire project breaks, the second and third tab simply lost their funcionalities just by doing this, ive tried just edit a text and still gettin this behaviour, everything breaks.Ive been asking consistently to figma make does not interact or interfere with anything else that im asking , but gettin the same faulty results.Dit anything change? why is this happening? do the IA getting dumber ?

If I use CMD+B shortcut on any Frame/Section, it bolds everything inside it, but can’t undo that operation using CMD+Z

Big fan of Figjam, but what drives me crazy, it is impossible to move a line. It is also not possible to copy and past it, without the pasted line having a different rotation. It looks like this is a know, but unsolved issue, for the past 3 years:  

Accidentally, I can’t see added component annotations in any other file or page besides the one where the component was created. This makes it difficult to keep documentation centralized and to inform stakeholders about specifications.Is there any workaround to view component annotations across different Figma files?

Hello! I’m trying to create one layout guide that can be used across multiple formats. Is there a way I can scale down a layout guide without maintaining a 50px margin/ gutter, i.e. I want the grid structure to look the same at different dimensions.

My control button is not working in combo with my mouse, has anyone else seen this? I can do ctrl+c and open the color-picker, and I can do ctrl+cmd+m and make a mask, but if I want to ctrl+click something I can’t. So the ctrl button itself is fine, it’s just that combination that’s stopped working. And I didn’t notice how often I do this until I suddenly can’t, lol. I can right-click (using my mouse) fine, but it’s as if ctrl-click has gotten mapped to something else in Figma. And this is only in the Figma app - it works normally everywhere else, including Figma in a browser. 🤷 Anyone else done this before?

Driving me coconuts! When I create a new frame, the frame will be automatically named “Frame 48095626” How do I reset the latter number to 0 or 1? This happens when I create shapes, the layer will be called “Oval 109384” or “Rectangle 12341239” I’ve tried checking and unchecking file>preferences> renaming duplicated layers.

Hi, Let’s start a conversation about how best to prompt Figma Make. I can see it’s going to be a very useful tool but it has some frustrations. (e.g. Today it kept changing layouts and functions when I give it something unrelated, then it won’t revert back. It say’s it has reverted back but it hasn’t.)I find feeding it little bits at a time works best. However, sometimes I give it a big task and it doesn’t it perfectly. Like today I supplied it 6 screenshots of questions to add to a form - about 120 questions and it performed the task perfectly.What do you find works best?
