Extremely frustrated here, I did everything correctly. Now it’s just a waiting game. What’s taking so long with this? Been waiting for over 3 hours.  

Running into an issue where I tried to connect to supabase through figma make. However now it’s saying connection lost(attachment 1) and the delete button does not work (attachment 2), will only let me authorize, however authorize only takes me to this page(attachment 3)  with no changes. Any help with this would be much appreciated! The request number is 1506850.Please help me. I have very important files there and I have ongoing work. Therefore, it may cause me a large amount of financial damage. I got an email at the beginning of this month saying my Figma education subscription will expire at the end of the month and I need to renew it. After trying, I got another email saying I renewed my subscription, but two days later I got another email saying it didn't renew. Now when I visit the email links, I see that some say I'm already subscribed to the education subscription and some are waiting for an action, so I want to know if it's been renewed or not.

I’m new to Figma make so I want to make sure the pre-existing libraries are not ruined by me playing around with Figma make. When I click in Figma make on the book and I select a library and click on rewrite styles. It will only re-write the style of my Figma make or changes that I make in Figma make in terms of style will be reflected back on the original library? Because if it’s bi-directional I won't use it, but if not, I would very much like my Figma make to have the same style as our product. Thank you all

Hi everyone 👋I’m working on a project where I’d like to place two separate PDFs (each with text) into different panes inside Figma — kind of like a side-by-side document viewer. Is there any way to add a PDF (or images of the PDF pages) so that Figma can read the text itself (OCR-style), instead of it just being a flat image? Can Figma Make (or any plugin) highlight sections of the PDF text if I search or ask for something? If OCR or highlighting isn’t possible natively, are there recommended plugins, workarounds, or integrations that can help (for example, extracting the text and keeping it synced with the PDF pages)? Has anyone done something similar in Figma or knows the best way to approach it?Thanks a lot 🙏

I am developing a Figma plugin which enable product manger to add document description and save in database, I am using figma.fileKey to distinguish files, but I checked with filekey can not be used for public plugin, so I want to know whether my plugin is public plugin? for the filekey it is only used for the user self.

Hiii, I’m considering using Figma sites instead of Framer but I couldn’t find 2 things:I want to be able to define the scroll direction between screens (vertical/ landscape). So if I’m scrolling down the screen moves to the right etc. Control the click transitions. So when I click on a button or do any action I could control the transitions (like move in/out/smart animate on prototype).What am I missing?Thanks

The issue is that when it scales the distance of the intro copy below changes as well. I'd like to keep the same distance from the header graphic and the intro copy below. thx

None of my other 2 team members can access it, nor is it in their trash or drafts. Since this file is locked and owned by me, it should not have disappeared. Could a Figma staff member please help escalate or check backend recovery? I really need to access it today. Thank you!

Hi Figma Community,I lost access to one of my files and I need help recovering it. I am the owner of the file. The file was locked before this issue happened. Now, when I open the link, I get a 404 Not Found error. The file does not appear in my Drafts, Deleted files, or Recent files. I did not delete the file. I’ve tried different browsers, devices, and cleared cache, but no luck. “Anyone with the link” can view prototypes but users still have to log into Figma. Do users have to still log in? Is there a way to just share without having to log in?

I’m facing an issue where I’ll have variables randomly reorder themselves, and it’s happened multiple times in the past few weeks. Making fixing this incredibly time consuming and causing countless issues within our development pipeline.Some of the culprits I have noticed:Completely removing a group Nesting a group in another group Nesting a group in a group with the same name (e.g. group 1 → group 1 → variable) Removing a group and putting variables in random groupsThese usually happen when I am trying to reorder or adding/making changes to other variables. Sometimes I don’t even notice until I am coming to publish, and suddenly I have 100’s of components to update. This is essentially making the Figma Variable Panel completely unusable for me. Has this been reported before? I surely can’t be the only one facing these types of breaking bugs.
