verified student plan

I have applied for the student plan. After few day, I got an email stating my student account is verified. But when i login to my account it is not updated and i am still in free plan instead of student plan. If any one knows anything about this issue please do share and help me to resolve the problem.

To point you to the right next steps, could you share which type of educational institution you’re enrolled in: high school, higher education, or a bootcamp/online course? The verification flow differs slightly depending on the category, so that detail will help us narrow things down.
