Hello everyone,I’m exploring support providers for mission critical messaging systems, specifically a provider offering SLA based, round the clock RabbitMQ support tailored for environments that integrate with design collaboration tools.I want proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and reliable incident resolution with clear response and resolution targets. In particular, I’m looking for support that goes beyond basic troubleshooting and offers best practice guidance to ensure smooth integration with design workflows. Has anyone worked with such services?What was the uptime like and how responsive were they? Any advice on evaluating SLA terms or vendor capabilities would be greatly appreciated!

One more strange thing: the Paste and Copy actions don’t work when clicked — only via shortcuts (for string variables)

I keep receiving the error: “Something went wrong. Please refresh or try again later.”I have tried to remediate the issue by: trying again a day later duplicating the file and trying again clearing app cache trying desktop vs web reverting back to previous buildsNo luck on any of the above. Any suggestions? Have I hit a max amount of prompts? Frustrating as I’ve reached a point in my prototype that needs fixes and it is locked up. 

When I created my educational plan with my school it was created ultil 2026 but today I have received an email informing that my education plan will expired in 4 weeks. Did you change the politics?

I put in my payment information and pushed the button to complete the transation for a year subscription to a Collab seat, and instanty lost access to edit my own file durring a very important deadline. The app said I could use variables if I upgraded to any of  the three paid plans, and now i cannot edit at all and it says i need to further upgrade to a Full seat to restore functionality to edit i had on the free paln. It is treating me like i am the team trying to access, not the owner. And won’t allow me (the owner) to give the “team”  (me/myself) access. Can anyone help?

I worked with Figma AI. Now I need this as image(jpg, PDF, whatever) I don’t see where I can do this from?

 All cards are hugged and in perfect integer value. The moment I add 3+ cards to the autolyout, it’s height gets in decimal (see H: 893.01). Irony is it’s happening with any card I duplicate and none of the card has any rotation.Need help to fix this (that .01 is bugging me)

I was working on a user flow in Figjam when suddently the file was empty with just the white frame remaining. When I go into version history, the content reappears. I’ve tried to restore multiple versions and the same thing happens. Content is normal in version history, blank when I leave.  What’s going on?

Hi everyone,I’ve been running into a bug on Figma Sites with the video carousel. When I add a video, everything looks perfect in the preview, but once I publish the site, the video shifts to the right side of the screen.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Embedding from YouTube instead of uploading directly (but embeds can’t be used inside a carousel). Replacing videos with GIFs (but the GIF size limit means the quality isn’t good enough for portfolio work). Multiple attempts at re-adding, resizing, and re-formatting the videos using autolayout So far, nothing has fixed the issue.Has anyone else run into this same problem with videos in carousels on Figma Sites? If so, did you find a workaround?Thanks in advance!

When accidentally scrolling over annotations using the mouse wheel or left button + spacebar, the interface gets stuck in hand tool mode even though the hand tool is disabled.Steps to reproduce:Open a file with annotations Scroll over an annotation using mouse wheel or left click + spacebar Hand tool mode becomes active and won't turn offWorkarounds:Switch between Design/Draw/Dev modes, or Close and reopen the fileScreenshot:Cannot see here but cursor turns into hand 

I really need help on working around Connected Project not allowing between Org/Pro with same email domain. If someone have experience on solving this it would be a great help. Our project is being delayed and we really need a solution. Four company with same work email domain (because same holding company) All teams have a figma Org/Pro that was made with work email domain.  Our company has Design System Library we use among our internal teams.  We have a mega project, where we need to share this library with other 3 companies. We are attempting to have connected projects for each company, and allow our library usage. Figma won’t allow connected project due to same email domain. (below error) "Connecting team owner's email domain cannot match your organization's email domain"We tried the other company make an ID with gmail domain an admin, and create a team and become an owner of that team. This however did not work. Can anyone suggest a different approach? Or am I not doing this work

  First of all, I'm sorry to ask you a question from a beginner who doesn't even have the basics of coding. For the help of the company, I tried to create files on different MAKE web like the 2 images above. I'm trying to implement the first image by adding another tab to the web of the second image, but I've tried many times to figure out how to apply it in MAKE, but I have no idea. For example,  if I copy the code in the code column next to the preview, paste it into MAKE, and ask you to implement it, the web will be created in a completely wrong format.+addFor further explanation, if you copy the code in full like an image and paste it back in MAKE, it's implemented in a whimsical way like the last image. 12 3 4   We look forward to your grateful response from experts.

When trying to scale frames or components, not all objects will scale together. Text boxes especially. Is there a fix for this? It’s happening in every file right now. 

The period still works, but the underscore doesn't?It does work with sets of variables, so why isn't it retained?

Enter a logo request. Wait for more than 15 minutes. Only text is displayed in the plugin panel, no vector or image layer is generated. Expected result:The plugin should generate a visible SVG or image in my file.Actual result:Only text description is shown, no output in the canvas.What I tried: Restarted the plugin Created a new file Refreshed Figma But the issue still happens. Hello,I’m encountering an issue where the design-linked icon (pen icon) is not appearing on Jira cards in board view, even though the setup appears to be correct.According to Figma’s documentation, the icon should appear to the right of the number of days on the Jira card when a design is linked via the Designs panel.What I’ve confirmed: The Figma for Jira Cloud app is installed and the correct Figma team is connected. The Designs panel is visible in the Jira issue view, and I can successfully link Figma files there. The linked Figma files belong to the connected team and are accessible. The Design field is added to the card layout in board configuration. We’re using a company-managed project in Jira Cloud (production). Despite all this, the pen icon does not appear on any Jira card in the board view, even after refreshing.Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything else that needs to be enabled to display the icon on cards?Here’s a screenshot showing the icon in the documen

I’m trying to: make the screen scrollable vertically; and make the iPhone status bar and “scroll to top” arrow fixed stay in place I’ve managed to make the screen scrollable vertically, however, I’m having a hard time making the iPhone status bar and “scroll to top” arrow to be fixed. The “fixed stay in place” is disabled on my end. Please help me. I’m getting frustrated and can’t wrap my head about this 😦

I’m responsible for migrating a large number of Miro boards to FigJam — it’s a big company with many, many boards :/When exporting large boards with vector content, I run into issues on the Miro side due to their size. But the main reason I’m asking here is that I’m also facing problems in Figma: when importing large files, some content gets clipped and ends up outside the FigJam board, making it impossible to retrieve.Of course, I could divide the exports into smaller sections, but I’m expected to finish this project before next decade :)Is there any tips or recommendations on how to handle this in a more efficient way? Plugins? Thanks a lot!

Hi,Vectors I’m copying directly from illustrator to Figma are rasterising.Always worked in the past but since the previous update they are no longer editable.

Hi all. I have a couple of frames that have placed image in. I want to export as .svg format. I can see the image in the preview and on the preview of the .svg. But when I open the .svg in adobe illustrator the image isnt there and just should a blank box… Any ideas? It worked fine in sketch before.

Bonjour à tous,Je rencontre un problème lorsque j’importe des images PNG avec fond transparent dans Figma : Un fond coloré est automatiquement ajouté derrière l’image. Parfois, il y a aussi des bugs de texture (artefacts visuels) sur l’image importée. Une fois l’image importée, ce fond fait partie intégrante du fichier : je ne peux pas le retirer ni retrouver la transparence d’origine. J’ai testé avec plusieurs PNG différents, et le problème se reproduit à chaque fois.👉 Est-ce que quelqu’un a déjà rencontré ce bug ?👉 Existe-t-il une solution ou un contournement pour garder la transparence correctement à l’import ?Merci beaucoup pour votre aide 🙏
