I can't redeem my Student Plan

Hi, 

When i was redeeming my student plan, i realized i put some wrong information after i redeemed, so i deleted my account accidentally. I can’t redeem it again now.

I’ve contacted SheerID twice and told me to contact education@figma.com with my verification id, but they still haven’t answered me after i sent 3 emails in the span of 2 weeks.

Please help me solve this problem.
