Hello,
Today our entire project folder in our team workspace suddenly disappeared, along with 3 design files inside it.
Details:

The project folder and all files were visible and editable until today.

None of the team members deleted, moved, or renamed the project.

The project folder is completely gone from the workspace.

Nothing appears in the individual Trash or Team Trash.

When trying to open files from browser history, it shows “File not found”.

This is for a school project, so we urgently need the files restored.
We understand that Student Plan does not include email support,
but several users mentioned that Figma staff can recover missing files by checking server logs.
We would really appreciate any help.
