Example of what teachers get when they try to renew their education plan

Hello Figma team,

 

I’m an IT admin in my school and we are teaching Figma since last year. Everything was working fine until this year when I had to renew the Education licence.

 

I did renew mine but everytime I invite teachers and students in the school team, they can’t verify their emails. SheerID keeps saying that they already tried verifing or that they can’t verify at all.

 

Can someone from the Figma team check what’s is happening with SheerID ? Thanks

Hi ​@Kevin BARACHETTI - apologies if this issue has been holding up any of your students or colleagues. 

Figma cannot review documents or confirm individual user eligibility -- SheerID manages the process, and I (and the other moderators) do not have the ability to review submissions or confirm why they’re receiving the limit exceeded message.

If they have all reached out to SheerID and still do not have clarity on why they are receiving this error, please email education@figma.com for additional help.
