My Professional account is currently locked, preventing access to editing and Pro features. 
The Professional plan has been purchased and should be active; however, the account shows as locked. 

Kindly review the account status and restore full access to the Professional plan at your earliest convenience. 
Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.
