First of, I am very impressed with Figma Make. It is doing exactly what I want it to. All was good. But….I am a little baffled now because I made the prompt “The design is fine now. Change the framework from REACT to MudBlazor” last week and it did. But this week the exact same prompt says it is not supported and never was. But it was and it worked. Why is this feature gone now - have I made a mistake or was it silently removed?

The flashing blue hints are very disturbing when presenting in Figma Slides.. Is there any way to turn them off?? 

When presenting, sometimes it works to just go back to the previous slide and forward to the slide with the embed to restart an embed prototype. But I noticed that for some prototypes it will not reload it and stay on the last state. Am I missing something or is that a bug?

When connecting an external monitor to a laptop and using Figma on it, there are problems with smoothness when moving on the canvas, the laptop is powerful, the problem occurs only when working with Figma. I have checked my organization settings and the AI features are turned on but they are not in the toolbar of any of my organization or my admin account. Surely, since we pay THOUSANDS of dollars per year; our account should have this feature already during the release? Am I missing something? My UI/UX team members are asking me about these features and I dont know what to tell them or when I can tell them they will be available, if they are not available already. Which I would find hard to believe that our account(s) would not have this available already with the amount we pay to Figma annually for this service. Please tell me I am missing something and help me get this feature turned on for my team. Thanks

I want to create an interactive effect of clicking a button on the page to retract the page into a floating window, how should I do it?

I received an email last week saying I needed to renew my Educators plan and that some information was required, I sent everything and was automatically approved. The problem is I still have my files on view only mode and cant edit anything (even if it allows me to ask for editing permissions to the owner -which is myself and can’t give permissions to myself.-)Help please! 

During the import process in Figma, it seems that caching affects file naming.I have a large number of PNG images, some of which have identical content but different filenames.I need to batch add rounded corners and stroke effects to these PNGs. However, when I select all of them and drag them into Figma at once, an issue occurs:All images with identical content are forcibly renamed to the same filename by Figma.For example, the original filenames are a1.png, a2.png, a3.png, a4.png,but after import, they all become a1.png. I want to know if there is a way to avoid this forced renaming,because I need to keep the original filenames unchanged. 在 Figma 的导入过程中，缓存似乎会影响文件命名。我有大量 PNG 图片，其中部分图片的内容完全相同，但文件名各不相同。我需要批量为这些 PNG 添加圆角和描边效果。 当我一次性全选并拖入这些图片时，出现了一个问题：所有内容相同的图片在导入后都会被 Figma 强制改成相同的文件名。例如，原本的文件名是 a1.png、a2.png、a3.png、a4.png，但导入后它们的文件名全部变成了 a1.png。 我想知道是否有办法避免这种强制改名的情况。因为我需要这些文件名保持不变。

I noticed in the figma playground files, the layers have preview thumbnails that help distinguish layer type such as section and show contents within frames...I am wondering how this is done to add to my own files?  

Very important and helpful feature removed. Now means the process has to be pasting into artboard, copying the layer, deleting the pasted image, then pasting the layer into the correct frame. Very, very unhelpful.

Trying to use the 'distribute horizontal (and vertical) spacing' option for points on a line so the points will be equally spaced out on a line but it doesn't work anymore. Does anyone know why?

To copy a fill layer, I need to:Select an object Click on the fill layer - it will be highlighted in gray Click again on the object - the highlighted fill layer will now be highlighted in blue, and now it is really selected and can be copied/cut, etc.It used to work fine before (old UI), but now it behaves like this. I thought the copying function was broken. Is this the intended behavior? Linux Mint 21.3, Firefox 142

I'm having trouble using the glass effect in Figma and I'm not sure what I might be missing. Is there something I might be missing or any common issues to check?I've been trying to apply a glass effect to my designs but it doesn't seem to be working as expected. I'm wondering if:- There are specific requirements for using the glass effect- It might be related to my subscription plan or account type- There are certain conditions that need to be met for it to work properly- It's a known issue that others have experiencedAny guidance or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,When creating a webpage, adding images with Aspect Ratio Lock enabled, applying them to ‘fill’ the container they are in, then previewing the prototype in Responsive View (Z) cuts off the bottom half of the prototype. Steps to reproduce:Create a new webpage design in Figma. Example: 1920 wide Add images with Aspect Ratio Lock enabled. Set the images to Fill the container they are placed in. Preview the prototype and swap to Responsive View (Z shortcut)  Expected Result:The full prototype should display correctly in responsive view. Actual Result:The bottom half of the prototype is cut off in responsive view. Notes:I am on a Mac Studio Display (2560px wide) + the main frame is 1920px wide. This issue appears to happen consistently when the frame is smaller than the resolution it’s being scaled to in Responsive View. (1920px frame scaling up to 2560px) Moving the browser width inwards allows more of the full website to show. I use responsive images daily, and my current work around is

I would love some help please :) Thank you! I want one action to trigger another. Ie: When I click the ‘number’ (which is a component), another component variant (the box) goes from close to open. I cannot figure out how to do this. I’ve tried applying variables too but it just does not work.   

When I am importing pdf - it automatically goes to FigJam. I need to work in Figma design or Slides, I copy graphs to Figma design but all elements have corner radiuses (3). I need 0, I change to 0, looks good, as soon as I change size/scale - reverts to 3 corner radius. Elements show up as “shape with text” (even though there is no text), there is no option to detach in menu, shortcuts and plugins to detach, flatten do not work. What is the best way to:a) detach FigJam layers so they don’t revert backb) is there a way to control to import to Figma design or Figma Slides directly (drag and drop results in failure, import via button always imports to FigJam) to avoid this problemThank you for any help

Hi! I was trying to export my banner but it doesn’t comes with the right size of the image..I’m struggling to find what I am doing wrong 

I have been working on a Make app for a few hours and finally went to publish it (in-app preview looking great). The published version is like 7 iterations of UI ago. I can not refresh it, unpublish/republish, etc.. to get it to the new components to render. Does Figma Buzz automap your csv/xlxs field names to your Figma layer/component/frame names?

I was charged $192, but I have no idea what this expense entails from Figma. I pay Figma $15 a month for my subscription, but I have not signed up for any other subscriptions or memberships. What would $192 cover with regard to Figma? Do you know why I would be charged this amount? 

Hello,I assigned a Figma Seat type Full subscription to the Admin account for testing, and then released it the same day. An entry appeared in the Billing tab stating that on October 2, 2025, there will be a charge of around 550 EUR. I currently have 5 annual Full licenses purchased. A quarter ago it was possible to cancel additional subscriptions, and I hope it will be the same this time. I would be grateful for your confirmation.

It has happened with me multiple times, that I go to click Delete, I accidentally click on \ - the keyboard shortcut in Mac to “select parent”. And then I go click Delete and end up deleting the whole frame. I’d rather not have that keyboard shortcut, is there a way that it can be removed from the platform, or is there a way that I can remove that just for myself.

Hi, since a few days I cannot edit any Sites sections that contain Make components.Any change results in endless vertical growth of the section it’s contained in (see screenshot attached). This is the case even if it’s just a manual text change within the Make code component.I was hoping that it was a one time thing, but it keeps happening to any part of the page across several files that contain a Make component. I can consistently reproduce it.Eventually, it leads to the site crashing and my only option to resolve the issue is to reset a previous page before changes in version history, not allowing me to make any changes to Make code embeds.I haven’t received any error message for this yet. I’ve observed that a notification appears that prompts me to reconnect layers (see image below), but that doesn’t fix the issue. In fact, the section just keeps growing or it resets and starts growing from the original size. I’ve followed the troubleshooting checklist as well and no changes to the
