Figma Make Preview is not working. It doesn’t display anything. Just a blank white page. Nothing happens how much even I wait. I could’t understand the problem. Its 4 days like this now.

Hi. I often use the Option + W shortcut. But I often miss it and my project closes (Command+w). How can I disable this key combination for the Figma app on a MyBook? I created a new Figma shortcut for closing tabs in the keyboard settings on my MacBook. But the old command still closes the tab containing my project.

I’m getting the following error- We can't open this file because we're having trouble with WebGL. Please try restarting the desktop app.If this problem persists, your graphics card or driver may not be supported. This happened after updating Figma. It works perfectly on different browsers but the desktop app isn’t working. Are there any fixes for this?

Hi! I have my Figma Site in a place to get feedback from my team and when I preview the prototype, everything is responsive as I expected with autolayouts etc. However, when I go to publish, because the page is not a frame, I cannot make the outer frame inside that page “fill” it and be responsive, it just stays that default desktop size. I don’t want to just view my breakpoints, I want to be able to drag my window and have the design take up that space. I must just be missing something obvious.. and appreciate any help! Unfortunately I cannot share it because it is for work, but let me know what other details I can share. Thanks. 

Hi there, thanks in advance for any help.I have seen this issue in the community a few times, but solution was to open a support ticket. Hoping there is a quicker fix. Late on handover and I can’t share work with a client.I am from the UK, with a UK card, but I am not there. The payment upgrade screen only has Euro and USD in the drop down. If I try to pay Euro, which is fine on my card everywhere else. It just comes back saying my card isn't from a country that can pay in Euro (whatever logic that is) and to try a different card. I’ve tried clearing browser and using a UK VPN location. No joy.Thanks,

Hello,I am teaching Figma with Educational account in Borgarholtsskoli Collage.I have one student that does not get verified. All the other students are in the team and verified. This one student has done the same as the other students many times without success. And now he gets an error message when trying to verify again.I have chatted with the AI help and gone through all the problem solving suggestions. I also contacted Sales/ tech support and was advised to write here for help. I have also written to SheerID and am waiting for their response.Its difficult to teach the class when one student can’t participate so I need to get this fixed asap, therefore I write here also while waiting for SheerID.can you help me? 

Hi, I’m facing a problem about the education plan. Basically I had to create another account with my colleges email, and I did, but this didn’t solve anything, I tried to verify and nothing, it gave me an error page, redirecting me to another site so I can contact the team support. It’s been a while since this, when I logged in to try again, couldn’t even find an option to the education plan just the professional one. Anyways, I’m still a student, I tried everything I could :/  Also I’m from Brazil, I don’t know if that has to do with anything but I’d like to mention just in case 

Hi there!I have issues with the prototype of my button animation. It jumps up and right for about a 1px and returns back. I’ve created a Button component with several states and been testing Default and Hover. The variants are completely the same but the color. I’ve created a frame with an instance of the Button to check the the animation in the prototype. When I turn off the box shadow the animation looks better but anyway the jumps take place. If there is a box shadow the animation looks sadly (I’ve attached gifs to show the behaviour).I’ve searched for such issues in the internet, talked to ai, played with the styles in Figma, but nothing helped. It seems that it’s a bug but can’t be 100% sure. What should I do? Is there a thing I do wrong or it’s a Figma bug should’ve been fixed?Thanks in advance!  

There was a payment error. I paid $60 for my Figma Pro plan, which was only for my account. For some reason, the plan was activated for three accounts within a month. Can I verify that no one else in the project used Figma Pro, so will the $40 be transferred to my plan for future months?

I made a drag animation from 3 frames to make a horizontal scrolling effect. All my animations are ok exept one (frame 2 to frame 1). Some components from frame 1 are fading out when I am dragging, but they show up when I release the drag. I can’t find the problem.. today i start animate a frame with full carve i simply change wight size in this frame but the result not same thing i usually get its just the wight change but it change the shape while it animate. 

My Figma design file is gone. I didn't delete it, and it's not even in the Recycle Bin. Please recover it immediately. Please save me.

Hi,I have configured the figma mcp remote server with my vscode and trying to convert one figma design to code from my copilot chat. But everytime it throws the error Sorry, your request failed. Please try again. Request id: b703713c-0f36-456b-9f6c-d72be1255e11Reason: Request Failed: 400 {"error":{"message":"missing required Copilot-Vision-Request header for vision requests","code":""}} This happens after the AI model has run the get_screenshot command. I have not created a local server setup and I am using client figma so I have set up the remote server. is this related to any settings in the copilot chat or I need to configure something regarding the mcp?Any help will be appreciated

I don´t know whats going on but my control panels are huge andI cn´t work like this, any suggestions o what it might be? It seems to be the mobile app or something, instead of the desktop version.

I have a collection of variables as the design system expanded I need to group some variables under different collection with different name Collection 1 Variable 1 Variable 2 move Collection 1 Variables to New collectionNew Collection Variable 1 Variable 2 New Variable 1 New Variable 2 I don’t think Figma allows this, is there alternate way to achieve this besides manually rebinding them.

PreviewSo, I have a case for creating a kitchen order system. If any item is clicked, it should automatically move to the back (become the last in the order) and this action can be repeated until all items have the “delivered” status. Is there any advanced prototyping feature that can make this happen without having to create a separate prototype for each case?Thanks guys 😀

I subscribed to Collab Seat on September 24, 2025, for $5.I canceled the subscription on October 22, 2025, but Figma is trying to charge me $15 on October 24, 2025. Because there aren't enough funds on my card, Figma is trying to charge me again today, October 27, 2025.How can this happen if I canceled the subscription before it was renewed?

Hello Figma Support Team,I am experiencing a severe display bug with the Auto Layout feature in the Figma Desktop App on Windows 11.The Problem: After recently updating to Windows 11, the Auto Layout configuration panel (Direction, Spacing, Padding, etc.) does not appear in the right-hand Design panel, even when a correctly set-up Auto Layout frame is selected.Key Details: The file is definitely using Auto Layout; the internal elements resize according to the existing rules when the frame is adjusted. The Auto Layout settings appear and work perfectly when the same file is opened in the web browser version of Figma. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:Restarting the app and the computer.Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the Figma Desktop App.This issue seems to be a display bug specific to the Desktop App on my Windows 11 environment.Could you please look into this bug and advise on a fix or include it in a future update? I want to keep the variants and icons name same because it is coming from other component set. Their names are already defined for easy access when we try to find that element.
