Verification Exceeded Limit for Student Plan

I am a student and i am trying to verify my student plan, but it says that i have exceeded my verification limit. I already uploaded all of my files that is required but it kept failing? i already contacted sheerID but they haven’t replied to me and i asked my school but they told me to ask in here.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like you may be hitting the “Verification Limit Exceeded” state. In these cases, the verification attempts are fully managed by SheerID, which is why they’re typically the only team that can reset or clear that lock. Unfortunately, Figma isn’t able to manually review documents or override eligibility directly on our side.

SheerID typically responds within 5-7 business days but there might be delays. If you have sent them an email more than 10 days ago and they haven’t replied yet, please let us know by ccing education@figma.com in the email. When you reach out to the education team, please include screenshots and a short timeline of what you’ve already tried. This can really help speed things along.
