Today, I have not been able to log into my company account to work. We have been waiting since early morning until now.

Hey ​@Đoàn Văn Việt, thanks for flagging this! Have you tried again today to log inside your account?
 
If you did and it still did not work, my recommendation will be to remove the Google SSO log in option from your account and change to email and password!
 
You can use the password reset feature to assign a password to your account and sign in without Google SSO. Here's how to do this:
 

  1. Visit https://www.figma.com/login
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your Google email address to send yourself a password-reset email
  4. Follow the link in the email you receive next to set a password for your account
  5. Log into Figma using your newly created password

 
From there, you will need to do the following:
 

  1. Open the file browser and click your profile in the top-left corner to open the account menu.
  2. Select Settings to open the settings modal.
  3. Select the Account tab to update your details
  4. Click Change email underneath your email address
  5. Click Change password to reset your password.
  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

 
When you click the confirmation link from your email, make sure you log in a final time with the original email address or password on the account. That will verify the change and link your account to your new details moving forward.

I have tried everything according to your instructions, but my account, which uses a separate username and password, still cannot log in or work. Currently, I have 3 accounts: [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII] For the past 3 days, we have not been able to log in to work, even though I have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) on my account.

Hey ​@Đoàn Văn Việt, thanks for trying them. I just wanted to create a support ticket on your behalf and noticed that you’re email address looks different to the one you’ve provided. dvviet@sXXXXX.mXXX.cXX.vX. Can you please double check if you’ve changed your email address before? 
​Or is this another Figma account?
