Hello!
We purchased the HTML to DESIGN plugin (https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1159123024924461424),
payment was made from my profile (User ID 1115945306696062521). And I now have access to use it. But we need another user (User ID 1501174728832436270) in our company to use it. How can we transfer it to another user? The plugin developers' support team recommended that we contact you with this question.

Thank you in advance.

Hey @Nikita_Pazin1 - sorry for the late reply! I think you were able to get in touch with our support team about this already, but anything related to plugin subscriptions, features, or bugs should go directly to the creators themselves.

They manage their subscriptions and features directly. Please let me us know if you have any other questions about this.

Hello!
The problem is that this was the first place I contacted, and they responded with exactly the opposite. That control is exercised on your part. And they can't change anything on their part. Thank you for your response, I will contact them again.

I am also facing this issue. I have not gotten any response yet from anyone despite sending a support request earlier through the available support channels.

Hi @Majadtek - apologies for the trouble.

I took a look on my end, and it looks like Chris (from our support team) reached out to you on Monday.

In case you didn’t receive that response: unfortunately, plugin subscriptions are non-transferable. You can try reaching out the plugin creator (their contact should be found on the plugin page, on the bottom right) to see if they may be able to provide you some suggestions.

I will be closing out this topic (since it is an older one), but feel free to create a new one if you have additional questions.

Thank you!
