 I have a full seat in our Org’s professional plan. We were expecting that Full seat would automatically have access to Dev mode too. But when I try to turn on Dev mode, I see “We’ve sent a reminder about your Dev Mode request to you team admins.”, for the first time I did get a 3-day peek of Dev Mode, but now this is what I see every time. What more is to be done here? Our Admin is also confused as my seat is already Full seat which supposedly have access to Dev mode in Professional plan.

Chrome version 142 will enable the Local Network Access policy, aka LNA (https://developer.chrome.com/blog/local-network-access). This will prevent plugins published within your organization from working because LNA requests within iframes will be restricted.The LNA policy will take effect on October 28, 2025. To experience the LNA policy: In Chrome, input chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check and enable the flag.  Is there any way to solve this problem?----Maybe this is a way to slove it, but plugin iframe is controlled by Figma.Google LNA Adoption Guide 

Dear Figma support team,in my last billing period I accidentally assigned a full seat to another email with viewing rights. Once I realized the mistake, I assigned it back to view-only immediately. But in the monthly invoice a 11.33$ one-time charges and credits appeared. I assume it’s for the accidentally assigned full seat. But since that wasn’t used at all, I would like to kindly request a possibility for refund. I understand your policy, but I would appreciate you reviewing this case for refund.Thank you!

I got quite far into developing a project in Figma Make before I found out that you cannot go from Figma Make to Figma Design. (Brutal. When I opened Figma Make I didn’t even realize it was a coding tool. Naturally, I assumed it was for prototyping.) I tried a workaround based on exporting the Make project and using an HTML-to-Figma plugin, but the Make project doesn’t appear to have HTML files built in.Has anyone discovered any good workarounds for this?

I have an odd quirk happening in just one Figma file. I’m using Figma in the browser as I need to share work with US based collaborators and I’m based in the UK. Every time I click on an object using a regular left click, I get a tiny “Paste” command in a  box next to the cursor. When I click again to get rid of it and release the click, I get a blue selection box which won’t go away until I click again. I’ve no idea how to stop this after checking Prefs etc and Googling the issue. Figma is working fine and doesn’t do this in other files in tabs in the same browser. Sorry, I tried to edit the title to correct the mistakes but I wasn’t allowed to. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Problem: I’m duplicating a file in a project that has the “Discoverable via search” setting set to true.However, when I open the Share modal of the duplicated file, the setting is set to false: 

I had account A with email address <someone@example.com> and I have transfer ownership of the file to my other account <newsomeone@example.com> and after that I have verified I have access to that file and after that I have deleted the old account <someone@example.com> Now I no longer have file access and try to go by URL I see below page 

I’m trying to export a design from the browser client as png, since the pdf is in 1.7 and I can’t export pdf/x. But I always get a .zip with pdf files. Even when I selct jpeg, I get a pdf file. Only happens when I try to export more then one page. If I do it for each page individually, it works.

If my Figma design file is very big and starts to run slowly, what can I do to make it faster?

Hello Figma community! I’m having issues when working with a fixed navigation bar on Figma Sites, particularly when viewing the website from Safari on an iPhone. When scrolling, the content from the website goes underneath the dynamic island (aka notch) correctly. And the navigation bar stays where it should. Still, I can’t figure out a way to “extend” the navigation bar background to cover that area behind the notch. With the design I have, it just makes the navigation bar look bad because it looks like a floating element. Ideally there should be a way to, either extend the background from the navigation bar behind the notch or to set that area to a specific color, like always black, for example. See the screenshots for a more clear view of the issue. Is there any black friday discount on subscriptions?

It seem that the variable browser inside Figma is getting the wrong value when you hover over an alias. It then gets the value from the first mode, instead of the value for the mode it is referenced in. This error seem to also propagate to the Plugin API for reading the variable values. This file demostrates the issue explained below.“Header padding” in the Medium mode seem to have the value 48 when you hover over it. Which is the value from the Large mode, not the 24 from the Medium mode.However when you apply the value in the design it works as expected and the value is actually 24, when the mode is set to Medium.Even more, if you go to the variable browser and unlink the value if also gets the value 24.My main issue is not the hover in the variable browser, but the fact that also the Plugin API is getting the wrong values.

I'm encountering a new issue in Figma: Imported or drag-and-dropped images now have an extra space and 1 number added to the end of their filename. This problematic behavior is occurring even with multiple simultaneous drag-and-drops, a method that previously worked correctly without altering the names.  

A problem has been happening to me recently where if I zoom out too much (anywhere between 1%-8%) my zoom gets “stuck”. Doesn’t matter how many times I “command - +”, the only way I can zoom back in is when I click the top right “zoom/view options” and manually click “Zoom in - command - +”. Not the biggest problem in the world, but a distraction enough to get me out of my flow. Has this been happening to anyone else recently?! Please let me know if I should provide a video example as well.

I can't add a new editor to my account. My Tariff is Professional, I also deleted all the unnecessary editors. When the editor requests, I get nothing by email.
