transfer of users to new tenant

I understand you’re an admin for two Enterprise accounts and need to move users and their data from one organization to the other.

If the data you’re referring to is projects or teams, you can transfer a project or an entire team to another account.

For transferring users, I couldn’t find a public document that covers organization-to-organization user migrations.
