Over the past few days, I’ve consistently encountered the error message: “Experimental model is overloaded, turn off in settings and try again.” This occurs while using Figma Make with Gemini 3 Pro enabled. The issue appears during prompt-based generation, including relatively simple visual or interaction requests.
May I ask how to resolve this issue?

Our team is aware of this ongoing issue with Gemini 3 Pro. To be completely transparent, there has been a significant number of reliability issues with Gemini 3 and 2.5 this month. It’s been determined as a Google issue that we cannot control, so they are planning to disable it temporarily, if you don’t see it disabled already.
As a temporary solution, the team encourages you to use GPT 1.5 instead. We’ll continue to pass your feedback onto the team and will provide any updates addressing the Gemini 3 Pro issues, when/if we hear more directly from the team.
