I logged in to my account and wanted to go to my file that contains my project. But I got an error "Not found (404)If you expected to see a file here you may not have permission to access it. Please ask the owner to update the file permissions and try again.". Please help me solve this problem. This file is very important to me.

I see the option "Manage PLugins...” but it's blacked out. I want to use a plugin from Figma Design

I work as a single Design and Developer. So I want to buy only Dev mode without Full Seat. I don’t need Figma Slides and other features and need only Dev mode for my personal using.Last month I bought only Dev mode for 15USD. This month I’ve got bill for 25 USD. What do they do that and how can I disable a Full seat and pay only for Dev mode?Please help me if anyone had the same problem.

How would I go about confirming that my education verification worked correctly for an educator account? Would there be anything in my Figma account that would indicate that I am in the correct category? 

Hello! I had reached out via email about my own student account not having the education status even though I had verified already once the new education system was implemented. I had been prompted to re-verify which then lead to this screen.Of course with this screen I thought that SheerID was the issue so I reached out to their contact email addressing my issue. They got back to me saying that within their system, I had verified my status as a student and that no issues with verification stood on their end of the verification process and that I had to reach out to Figma itself in order to solve my problem. It was over a month ago at this point that I reached out to Figma Education to get my education status back to this account and they still have not gotten back to me. I am currently using the free plan which I might jump into a paid plan if I understand more on how AI credits are applied when Figma makes the mistake.  For example, I ask Figma to create a Stats Table that allows row entries and after any changes to a row it needs to allow me to save via a button.  I have now asked it 8 to 10 times to fix the bugs in this.  These are bugs that Figma created as in the Save button doesn’t save or after typing 1 character in a text column it would lose focus.  Do I get charged AI credits for asking Figma to fix the save button and lost focus?  Figma also is great at telling me where it found the problem or knows their is an error; are those charged back to me if I ask to fix? I completely understand if I ask lets say something like columns to be swapped or to add delete functionality then those are changes on my behalf.  Now sometimes when functionality is added, it may cause something else to change.  For example, there was already a Save button and I w

There are numbers next to the seat type icons in Admin/People. What do the numbers mean (as they are neither the # of seats for which my company has contracted OR the number of seats we are currently using)?

It seems to be more and more of an issue when I go to download the code from Make?I make several changes to the code, wait a few minutes, download the zip file but when opening the zip file, the code is older that the changes I just made.I have had Make create a Version.md file with all the latest changes I just made so I can tell if the zip is still holding onto the old code. It seems the server that creates the zip file is incredibly SLOW and not able to keep up.Can someone from Figma help with this?

When dragging a component into the frame, it sometimes does the scaling of elements within correctly, sometimes it does not. This completely breaks the design library system as I cannot rely on the components - very bad indeed!Libary File: Flile with brocken Components:  

Since the CMS launch, none of the sites we’ve set up with CMS functionality can be updated or published. No changes are able to be pushed live. Is there a dedicated fix or solution for this issue?

Hi,I’ve been locked out of my student account, despite attempting to re-verify several times. I have been using my school issued email address. The verification message says that I have already redeemed the offer or have been verified but I’m still locked out and cannot edit or access my files. Please help.

This didn't happen before. But, as if due to recent updates, the temperature is now constantly at 70 degrees Celsius, and the computer is extremely noisy due to the fan. The processor is at 11% load. In the browser version, the temperature is 60 degrees Celsius, but the processor is at 5%. Therefore, there's no noise.It's uncomfortable to work in the browser version, but it's even more uncomfortable when the fan is incredibly noisy. What could be the problem?

 Hello,I'm facing a problem. I removed all my text styles from my component library so I could only manipulate variables in sub-libraries or in files that utilize my core library.Surprisingly, even after numerous publishing, unpublishing, and republishing attempts, and accepting updates in child files, Figma recreates the styles in instances of my core components within my child files, even though they no longer exist in my library. (See attached screenshots)Can you help me? Has anyone else encountered this behavior and how did you resolve it? I've tried manually removing styles and using a destroyer, but so far nothing has worked.Thanks in advance. 1/ in my design system I have no styles to manage my typography styles (I destroyed them), i only use variables2/ in my child files (using my design system), the styles I deleted in the component librairie reappears in my component instances ! 

Can someone please advise on how to use AI prompts to make Figma slides? Need help!

I have been spending half a day trying to make up the mess of the latest Figma update which completely destroyed UI rendering.I have some nested components logics, because it is more efficient for maintenance, and now all of these nested components do not render properly. I tried using "Regenerate all instances" multiple times (which just, weirdly, makes it worse) and also reset and restart the app. Nothing to do. I stopped updating everything because all updates destroy the UI.Please do something. We are spending tons of money on this tool, these type of issues should not happen.

We operate in a collaborative environment across a large organization with workers in many time zones. Frequently, people create designs in their drafts, and then share them without granting the necessary editing permissions to the next people who will pick up their designs — and then are off or unavailable when permission needs to be granted to a new editor. (Often times, they do not know who this new editor will be). All users are part of a specific team, so I’m looking for a solution that, by default: 1. Allows any user in a team to edit another design created by a member of that team, regardless of project…Or by default, when creating a new design, has it created in a new project that everyone on the team has access to?tldr — I need all users of a team to be able to edit all designs created by others on the team, regardless of project or location. I’m using variables for different parts of my text styles in order to create a multi-brand design system. An issue I’ve found is that when I change variable mode the text size doesn’t update, even though other variables update when I swith between the two brand modes. For example the font family is changing as intended, but not the size. However, if I select a component with the text style already in use and reselect the same text style then it updates itself to the correct size. What is causing this and is someone else experiencing this?

I’ve been playing around with figma make and am quite impressed. However, when I copy the file into Figma Design there are quite often problems with the text.  Either it is overlayed or it is forced to a new line. Screenshots attached.   The text boxed are somehow smaller in the actual figma file than in figma make. Aslo to keep on working with the figma file all these containers and paragraphs are a bit overkill. ^^
