How long have you guys been waiting for support?

I’m not trying to stir the pot, it’s been 24 hours that I’ve been waiting for my bug report to get looked at and I haven’t heard anything from the Figma support team. Can somebody tell me if you are in the same boat as me? Just want a ETA on when we can get some assistance. Thank you. Ron

Hi Guys,

 

It’s been over 12 hours and I’m still waiting on some tech support, I’m betting “something is wrong” reqeust id: with a number and I’ve sent a ticket and no reply yet. Can I please get some assistance.

Have any of you encountered this issue, I’ve been waiting 24 hours now and I can’t move forward with anything until this bug is fixed. I’ve sent many customer service support help and no interaction. Has anyone encountered this problem and would like to hear your experience, much appreciate. Ron

Hey ​@Ron Raymond, I’m really sorry you’ve been left waiting!  I took a look and can confirm that your ticket (#1762517) is in the queue and has already been escalated to our Technical Quality team. I’ve also flagged the urgency again internally. That team is currently working through a backlog, which is likely why you haven’t received a response yet. 

I truly appreciate your patience here, someone should be getting back to you as soon as possible.

awesome, appreciate the reply. I think it would be a good feature to have in the ticket what the waiting time is for open tickets, so members have an idea of what to expect. Thank you. Ron
