Images are not loading in figma

Hey team,
My figma is not working. It is so frustrating. I have got a lot of works to do. The images are not loading properly. Showing like this for the past 2 days:

    I understand you are having an issue with images not loading properly.

     

    I've checked on our backend and can see you already have an open ticket (#1769061). One of our support specialists is currently looking into this with you.

    Since you mentioned that images load fine on mobile data but not on your WiFi, they’ve shared some specific troubleshooting steps in their latest reply. Please take a look at that email when you have a moment.
