I am a professor and use FIGMA.
My education status on my account seems to have expired and reverted the account to the free version.
When I go to verify again I get this error message:
Verification Limit Exceeded.

I have reached out to SHEER ID for help but they are not responding.
I need the professional status of my account restored asap, since I have a class in session and am using it.
