Education Status removed: Need assistance asap

I am a professor and use FIGMA. 

My education status on my account seems to have expired and reverted the account to the free version.

When I go to verify again I get this error message:

Verification Limit Exceeded.

I have reached out to SHEER ID for help but they are not responding.

I need the professional status of my account restored asap, since I have a class in session and am using it.

    I understand you’re having an issue with your education verification.

    I can see you already contacted education@figma.com  and our Education team has confirmed that your education status was applied to your account.

    Please check their response in your support ticket (#1768702) and reply to that ticket if you still have any questions or need further help so the team can investigate.
