Hello Figma Community,

I need urgent assistance regarding my Figma account. Yesterday, I accidentally deleted my account, and I am now unable to access any of my files or projects. These files are extremely important for my ongoing client work, and I’m very anxious about losing them.

Details:

  • Account status: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]

  • I have already contacted Figma Support and replied to their request for details (Harshadeb’s team, I’m the owner/admin.).

Since the deletion just happened yesterday, I understand that accounts remain recoverable for up to 30 days. I’m hoping the support team can help me restore access as soon as possible.

I would greatly appreciate any advice, confirmation, or escalation from the Figma team or community members who have experienced this situation before.

Hello sir first of all thank you so much for replying. Is there any hope to get back my account because I had some client work in that account. Please sir its a humble request if you can do anything for me either the recovery of my account or just give me the design files please help me I'm in serious trouble 🙏🏻
