Hello Figma Community,

I need urgent assistance regarding my Figma account. Yesterday, I accidentally deleted my account, and I am now unable to access any of my files or projects. These files are extremely important for my ongoing client work, and I’m very anxious about losing them.

Details:

  • Approximate deletion date/time: :12/09/2025]

  • Account status: Starter (free) plan

  • I have already contacted Figma Support and replied to their request for details (Harshadeb’s team, I’m the owner/admin.).

Since the deletion just happened yesterday, I understand that accounts remain recoverable for up to 30 days. I’m hoping the support team can help me restore access as soon as possible.

I would greatly appreciate any advice, confirmation, or escalation from the Figma team or community members who have experienced this situation before.
