I’ve been experiencing this for months. did sync & unsync, publish & unpublish, and don’t ask how many times I had install & reinstall. but it still doesn’t work. the above is my screenshot on figma working file, below is the screenshot on my design system. on the working file it doesn’t updated, why is that? (in philomena accent)  

I’m suddenly unable to edit any text layers in Figma, across all files, pages, and even brand new files—affecting both my main and secondary accounts.This has been posted by someone else previously BUT the fix that worked for them does not work for me.Please help, I have clients waiting for amendments that I cannot do for them 

I am trying out the CMS content for the first time, as I create a Figma site. There appears to be an issue with paragraph spacing not applying as it should.Paragraphs (a single ‘return’) in text that uses my Body style in a Rich Text field aren’t displaying any paragraph space, despite paragraph spacing of (for example) 16 being defined in the Body text style. I tried defining the space value on all breakpoints, too. No luck.But if I add a forced line break (shift-enter), which should ‘not’ add paragraph spacing, it adds the paragraph spacing! This looks like a bug, and prevents me from adding correct spacing in many contexts. I am also not able to apply correct spacing to lists etc.Is this a known issue, or am I doing something wrong?

My page render perfectly 90% of the time, but sometime, it render completely broken like this (text blurred for privacy) And, one again,  the screen above render properly 90% of the time, except in cases such as these. I could provide plenty of other exemple, but the main idea is there. It is important to note that it is completely independent from the browser (it can even happen in Figma). BUT the problem here's quite big because it make user testings impossible in responsive mode since we can have these random glitches at any time 

I have created a card component that has a default and hover variant. I have attached all my text styles and created input properties so that a user can easily change the headline of the card. I want my hover state to have an underline for the headline text, but when I click on the hover headline and Cmd+U it applies to underline to all variants or vise versa removes it.In order to get it to work I have to detach the type layer from the property which obviously isn’t what I want because then the text won’t change. 🙄 OR I have to make a separate input property for hover which is dumb because then a designer has to input the same text twice (and I haven’t tested what that does in prototyping but I would imagine something would be funky there) This seems like a newer update because I didn’t have this issue maybe just a few months ago and I haven’t changed my process at all. I have tried naming the layers differently and that also doesn’t do anything. But I can still create overrides like

I’ve been trying to verify my account for the Figma Education Plan, but I’ve been facing repeated issues. On my first attempt, the system showed an error and didn’t let me complete the verification. When I tried again, it showed “Verification Limit Exceeded.” I reached out to both SheerID support and the Figma Education team for help, but I haven’t received any response from either side. Now my deadline is down to only 5 days, and I’m stuck without a way to re-verify or reset my attempts. Because of this technical error and lack of support, I’m at risk of losing access to the Education Plan. I’m really not sure what else to do—any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, something is wrong with Figma!I am trying to subscribe to Figma Pro plan from Latvia (EU & Eurozone country) but Figma shows me this at the checkout:Your payment method's address is in a country that can't pay in EUR. Please use a different payment method.Latvia uses only EUR as its currency. We don’t use any other currency. My card is using EUR of course! It works everywhere else except in Figma. This is definitely a Figma issue!Screenshot: 

I can open the files on my laptop and tablet but it is not working on my pc.Help Please !!

I was logged into an old school email, and after graduating recently, the institution deleted that email address. I wasn’t able to edit the email for the account and now, I cannot sign back in. This was 2 years worth of hard work 😭 and I would hate to lose it. I have created this account to connect with support teams to get some help. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done! I really really need my Figma account back , it has all of my projects and assignments . Please help me retrieve my account back .

Hello, I have a MacBook Pro Late 2013 with Mac OS Big Sur. My Figma app version is 116.16.13, and recently the app stopped working and requiring an update, but I can’t open the downloads link, or even download via homebrew

I wonder if it’s possible to turn a frame into a rectangle ? If it is, which other shapes can a frame be turned into ?When a rectangle is selected and frame selection is used, the rectangle is stored inside a frame. In that case, it’s intuitive to take the rectangle out of the frame. But I can’t figure it out when there’s a frame without any child layer.Appreciate any help.

Hi, I wanted to add a Gantt chart template to my FigJam board, however, they seemed to dissapear from my screen when I tried scrolling. Later I noticed they didn’t get deleted, they were instead on the right side of the board. Attempting to scroll to that side, on my MacBook and on my iPad, the board just does not allow me to go past the halfway point of the FigJam board. Now I am afraid I cannot access those templates, and I can also not delete them as I cannot reach them…Help is appreciated!

I am a teacher at an educational institution approved for the Figma Education Plan.My own Figma account was successfully verified for the Education Plan, but my students’ verification has not been completed correctly, and their Figma accounts are currently experiencing issues.It’s possible that an automated verification error was triggered because multiple students uploaded the same course syllabus (lesson plan) PDF.Would it be possible for your support team to help resolve this issue?  

Hi I have an issue that I can’t login Figma app for some reason. I had no issue with personal figma account. But I recently started a job. I use variables mainly to store string values related to copies that I wrote in my appToday I found that the search function is not working, whenever I tried to search for something it does nothing. The issue persist across files.is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

I’ve been using this plugin for quite some time to import JSON translation packages into Figma variables and it works great. What I did was to convert the structured JSON into Flat JSON with “/” delimiter (as the figma variables support), then import the flattened JSON using the plugin into my figma variables. resulting in a structured figma variableshttps://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1342144412728651309/language-variables result For some reason recently Figma variables unable to import all the text in the JSON files, sometimes some lines are missing, sometimes it does not import anything at all JSON structure is the same, the process still the same.I did some testing that importing the JSON straight to figma variables (still structured json) works, figma then replaces the delimiter to “_”The only caveat is that i need to edit the variables manually to make it structured like in the first picture, which can be troublesome if there are hundreds of string variablesWhat went wrong? wh

Hello everyone,For the past few months, I’ve been noticing a recurring issue with Figma: after each update, some elements in my designs (like text or buttons) disappear or revert to an earlier version. I’ve checked the version history, and there’s no intervention from my team. This issue occurs on both my professional and personal accounts, and even on designs that haven’t been modified in a long time, sometimes over two years.When I look at exported versions (whether as images or on Zeplin), these errors weren’t present before the update and the export. This suggests that the problem isn’t due to my own oversight, but rather a bug.The issue is quite problematic because it forces me to double-check and correct these designs before every client or internal presentation.
