I noticed a charge of $109.22 on March 2, 2026 (Receipt #2643-3090) for a Professional Full subscription. However, I had already cancelled my subscription before this billing date.
Since the subscription was cancelled, I would like to understand why this payment was processed and kindly request a refund for the charged amount.
Please review my account and let me know the reason for the charge and the refund process.
