When I’m zoomed into a frame (some of the frame is off screen) and I paste to replace (one frame or multiple frames across the canvas), my viewport shifts awkwardly and aligns to the bottom of the same frame (or another frame? I’m not even sure). It’s quite disorienting and forces me to navigate back to where I was. This seems unintentional and I’d recommend not moving the viewport at all.Thank you!

Hello, dear experts, can you tell me how to preserve zoom when switching between frames or sections?Currently, when I switch, Figma reduces the zoom, which is very inconvenient when I zoom in on the workspace every time. Is there a way to fix this?

How do you set up your Figma designs so that elements (buttons, text boxes, images, etc.) move, resize, or stay in the right place automatically when the frame or screen changes size?

Hi, I’m a beginner, but I’ve recently noticed a problem. I made a presentation in Figma Design and tried to copy the slides into Figma Slides. However, after many attempts and restarts, it just keeps showing “Copying slides over…” and never finishes. I have alredy tried to make simple “presentation” slides from templates and just use blank frames without anything…still does not work. And I have alredy tried to switch between app and two browsers. I am using Mac M1 Pro 

When are content seats going to be available? Really want to use Figma Buzz but it’s not worth it yet as it’s not worth it for our team without the seats.

Im having trouble adding community kits to a projectWhenever I open one I don’t get a prompt to add this library.I can only publish this by moving it to a project but then it prompts me that I add a seat? What am i doing wrong and how do I add these/save these so I can easily import them in other projects

When I ask Figma Make for pop-ups, I am never able to change the width of the modal that Figma Make offers me. I regularly want to increase the width of my modal, but after many different attempts (sending a mock-up from Design, clear explanation, etc.), Figma Make tells me that the change has been made, but when I test it, no change has been applied. If you have any advice on how to make the right prompt that allows Make to make the expected change, I'm all ears.

I had not add new seats and change the plan, but the system automatically change seat type and billed me.

I’m currently having issues publishing my figma make project. I finished the project, connected my domain and added supabase authentication login. When i pressed publish, its getting stuck on publishing. It’s been like this for hours. I’ve restarted Figma, restarted my Mac, cleared the cache..followed all the previous solutions but nothing is working. Please help!

Hi! I really need help.I've been trying to solve this problem for over a week, but nothing's working.First, a strange bar about 140 pixels wide with the word "mirror" appeared at the top of my Figma mirror. I couldn't remove it, and it was incredibly annoying. I contacted support twice from within the app, but got no response. Now I can't log into the app at all. It asks for an email address, and after entering it, the browser opens, and the screen goes white, as if the site is frozen. I've tried logging in from different devices and different accounts, and I've reinstalled the app, but nothing has helped. I’ve tried many times to verify my student status, but it didn’t work. I received an email from SheerID asking me to “finish everything,” but when I click the button, it says: “This verification has expired. Please submit a new verification.” When I try to verify again, it says I’ve exceeded the limit.I thinking it’s because I clicked the link only a few days later and the time expired. 

Hi. I recently got suspended on figma and email them serveral times. The problem is that they can suspended you any time without any notice. On suspension you cant access you files. Community tell us its save to upload the files on figma means all years of efforts lost in seconds. First they give you free access now the locked your account after that now they suspended and hold your files.

I recently got suspended after ticket support they said After review, your account was found to be involved in fraudulent activity. Unfortunately, due to violations of our Terms of Service, we are unable to reinstate the account. after that i email them atleast give my files back and  figma now own the files my 5 years of work at there with complete portfolio were busted. its like you want to destroy someone life work. i will never trust again on figma

I recently discovered that the “check color contrast” feature in the Figma color palette window is not 100% accurate and rounds up the contrast value compared to the WebAim Contrast Checker. Hi, I am having trouble with my pupils. It says “an admin needs to update seat”, how do I do this as I can’t see anything about seats in the Admin tab. Can you help? I am a teacher for Highland Virtual academy so my pupils have various school address, not all @portreehigh.

I previously had a Figma account registered with my old company email address . Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email since I’ve left the company.After the recent Figma update, the login process now requires an access code sent to the registered email. Because I can’t receive that code, I’m completely locked out of my Figma account.As a result, I’ve lost access to all my design files and projects, which are critical for my ongoing work. Hello! There was a problem exporting layouts after purchasing a new system. Layouts are exported with extra pixels, I attached a screenshot. I'll say right away that I tried to export in 1x and 2x, and from the desktop version. I reinstalled Figma, now it's the newest version. I rebooted the computer. There's still a problem. Please tell me how to fix it, because it's very necessary for work.

I’m currently working on this picker area. I created one component set so I can switch between exercises 01–08.However, I’m not sure how to make the timer work together with it. I know that you can’t create an actual countdown timer inside Figma, but what I need is to show the timer state for each exercise.For example:01 — Calves — 04:00 Remaining02 — Hamstrings — 03:30 RemainingEach exercise has a duration of 30 seconds.How can I make this work so that when I click on “02 — Hamstrings,” the displayed countdown also changes to “03:30,” just to demonstrate to the developer how it’s supposed to function?​​​​​​

I am having trouble getting into any figma board and when I try to get into the board it starts to load but then stops in the same place I can not do anything to fix this but I can get into the website just fine, is there a way I canj fix this?
