Success story Unsuccessful way

I have updated my plan, and the payment has already been deducted from my account; however, my account is still showing as 'Free'.

Hey @Success story Unsuccessful way, thanks for reaching out!

What you’re describing usually happens when the payment is applied to a different team/workspace than the one you’re currently viewing.

To help narrow this down, could you check the following:

  • When you click on “All projects” in your file browser, do you see multiple teams listed?
  • If yes, do any of those show a “Professional” label next to the team name?

That should help us figure out where the upgrade was applied. Let me know what you find and I’ll help you from there!

We provided your AI model with the complete details of the entire project in a single prompt. However, the program your AI generated was riddled with bugs. When we requested that your AI fix these issues, you proceeded to consume our credits instead. This is unacceptable; it implies that your AI model deliberately generates incorrect code solely to deplete our credits. I demand a refund of my credits; this is a failure of your AI model, not ours. You should perfect your AI model internally, rather than using our commands—and our credits—to train it. This practice is fundamentally wrong.

Hey @Success story Unsuccessful wayapologies for the delayed response and thank you for clarifying.

I understand from your explanation that this is frustrating, let me clarify how this works:

AI credits are consumed based on the work Figma Make performs in response to a prompt. In Figma Make, an “output” includes any work the model completes such as generating or updating code or making changes to your file. If any such changes are made, including any follow up prompt to refine results, credits will be consumed based on the work performed. (For example, even if a preview doesn’t load, credits will still be used if work was performed.) Any follow up prompts to refine results will also consume credits based on the work performed.

If a prompt fully fails and no work is performed or output was generated, credits are not deducted.

That said, I’ve noted your feedback about the quality of the generated code and the experience of needing multiple iterations and I’ll pass it along.
