I cancelled my plan for May 2026-2027 billing cycle and figma is still charging me. It added an additional seat to my professional plan and the bill is coming twice of what it should be. I cancelled my plan before it renewed and now it shows overdue. I cannot get a professional plan unless I pay for 2 seats for the whole year even when I only need one. Can anyone help?

Hey Sejal, appreciate you sharing the extra context here! Celine from the Figma Community Support team here! Since this involves billing and account-specific details, we’re a bit limited in what we can review publicly on the Forum for privacy/security reasons.

I was able to escalate your case internally, and I can confirm it’s now assigned to someone on the support team for further review. They should follow up with you directly by email soon. For reference, your case number is #1891036.

Just as general context: when a Professional plan is cancelled, the workspace usually remains active until the current billing cycle ends. Depending on when seat changes happened, prorated seat adjustments can sometimes still appear on the invoice before the cancellation fully completes.

These Help Center articles may also help explain some of the billing behavior:

The support team will be able to review your exact billing history and clarify what happened in your case. Thanks again for your patience while they investigate!
