Billing fraud- Pro Plan Request for Refund of Unauthorized Charges

Hello,

I subscribed to the Pro plan in March 2026 and only agreed to a single $21 charge for that subscription.

At the time, I collaborated on just one Figma file with one friend. After that, I was unexpectedly charged $43 in April and $52 in May. I was never clearly informed on the Figma website or through email that my account would be upgraded or billed for additional plans or seats.

These charges appeared on my bank account without any prior notice, authorization, or transparent explanation from Figma. I only became aware of them after reviewing my bank statements. Based on the pricing information available to me, these amounts do not add up, and I do not believe I consented to these upgraded charges.

Charging customers for upgraded plans without clear disclosure or consent is extremely concerning and feels deceptive and unauthorized.

I am requesting:

  • A full breakdown of all charges applied to my account

  • An explanation for why my account was apparently upgraded and billed without notice

  • A refund for all charges beyond the original $21 subscription fee that I agreed to

Please process the refund for these unauthorized charges as soon as possible.
