Not receiving verification code email for SAML SSO login — possible hard bounce issue

Hello Figma Support Team,

I’m trying to join Tencent in Figma by logging in with SAML SSO. After clicking “Log in with SAML”, Figma shows that a verification code has been sent to my corporate email address, but I have not received any verification email.

I have already checked the following:

  • Spam / junk folder
  • Email quarantine or blocked messages
  • Mail filtering rules
  • Corporate email settings
  • External email receiving permission

I can confirm that my corporate mailbox is now allowed to receive external emails.

However, when I first requested the verification email from Figma, my corporate mailbox had not yet enabled external email receiving permission. Because of this, I suspect the first verification email may have bounced, and my email address may have been added to a hard bounce list or suppression list on Figma’s email system.

Could you please help check:

  1. Whether the verification email was successfully sent to my corporate email address;
  2. Whether there was any bounce or delivery failure for my email address;
  3. Whether my email address has been added to a hard bounce / suppression list;
  4. If so, could you please remove my email address from that list so I can receive the verification code email again?

My account information is as follows:

  • Figma account email: (redacted by the moderator due to PII)
  • Organization / team: Tencent
  • Login method: SAML SSO

I would really appreciate your help, as I’m currently unable to complete the SAML SSO login and join the Tencent organization in Figma.

I understand you’re not receiving the verification email needed to complete your SAML SSO login and appreciate you already checking your spam folders, filters, and email settings.

For privacy and account security reasons, we’re not able to review account-specific details here on the forum, but I want to make sure this is looked into properly. In the meantime, if helpful, you could also try searching your mailbox for emails from support@figma.com with the subject “Verify your account”, in case it was routed to a different folder.
