Hello Figma Support Team,
I’m trying to join Tencent in Figma by logging in with SAML SSO. After clicking “Log in with SAML”, Figma shows that a verification code has been sent to my corporate email address, but I have not received any verification email.
I have already checked the following:
- Spam / junk folder
- Email quarantine or blocked messages
- Mail filtering rules
- Corporate email settings
- External email receiving permission
I can confirm that my corporate mailbox is now allowed to receive external emails.
However, when I first requested the verification email from Figma, my corporate mailbox had not yet enabled external email receiving permission. Because of this, I suspect the first verification email may have bounced, and my email address may have been added to a hard bounce list or suppression list on Figma’s email system.
Could you please help check:
- Whether the verification email was successfully sent to my corporate email address;
- Whether there was any bounce or delivery failure for my email address;
- Whether my email address has been added to a hard bounce / suppression list;
- If so, could you please remove my email address from that list so I can receive the verification code email again?
My account information is as follows:
- Figma account email: (redacted by the moderator due to PII)
- Organization / team: Tencent
- Login method: SAML SSO
I would really appreciate your help, as I’m currently unable to complete the SAML SSO login and join the Tencent organization in Figma.
