Hello FIgma support.

Starting this morning I’ve been trying to access Figma with my work email and every time, I get the 422 error message. I have tried uninstalling, turning on and off, reseting, and the same message appears. I need help with this. Thank you!

{"error":true,"status":422,"message":"User [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] cannot join the org - they are deprovisioned","i18n":{"id":"auth.error.cannot_join_org_deprovisioned","fallback_text":"User [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] cannot join the org - they are deprovisioned","params":{"EMAIL":"[redacted by moderator to remove personal information]"}}}

Hi @Megpas — welcome to Figma Forum, and thanks for sharing the error details.

Based on the error message, this usually means that the account has been deprovisioned from the organization — which is typically managed by your company's IT team through their identity provider. This can sometimes happen after domain name changes, account cleanups, or provisioning updates.

As a first step, I'd recommend reaching out to your internal IT team to confirm your provisioning status and have them re-provision your account if needed.

If that doesn't resolve things, let me know and I'll open a ticket with our Product Support team for a deeper look. Just a heads-up, to maintain your account's security, the team will need to reach out to the email tied to it directly.

I also removed some personal information from the error message in your original post to protect your privacy — appreciate your understanding on that.

Keep me posted on how it goes! 🙏🏻

Hi Tom!

Perfect, thank you so much. I just reached out to IT and if there is no way to fix, I will do as you suggested. And thank you for the privacy messures.

Regards!

Megan
