Hi figma! Huge problem with figma make in all projectes in “figma sites”Every promt i do in every projected just crashes out and it’s like nothing happened.So you see figma make coding and right at the moment it has to show something in the preview (still in the figma make screen) it’s back to zero ..  Deleted cash, tried different browsers , desktop app, in every project! Please help!  

Hello,I’m having trouble with verification with my education account. I created it with my schools edu email account and had it verified on September 10th, 2025, but it is now asking me to verify again and it is giving me the “Verification Limit Exceeded” error. I contacted SheerID and they said it was verified on their side and that I need to reach out to education@figma.com, and I did but have not gotten a response or even confirmation that they got my email. This is my verification ID: 68c19e683fe7df61e1361c08. I’d appreciate any help with this issue!

I recently noticed a charge on my account in the amount of $150.87 for a plan that I did not subscribe to or authorize on Figma. I would like to request that you review this charge, as well as issue a refund for the amount charged incorrectly. I also kindly ask that this plan be cancelled immediately, since I did not choose or approve this subscription.

 The image above shows the current menu.I’m currently using Figma Make, but the menu at the bottom isn’t showing up — it’s missing, like in the image above.What should I do, or what should I click to bring it back? 

I am a freelance/remote designer and have a seat on a corporate Figma workgroup of around 8 people (marketing and developers). I create design/create components and marketing will create pages and mark for development. Our primary fonts are "Inter Tight" and "Nunito Sans". Both are Google fonts and should be supported by Figma? I am having trouble with the "Inter Tight" font. When someone on the team pulls components in and edits the content the font changes to "Inter" and messes up the formatting. I have created and uploaded text styles for all to use. Can someone explain what is going on here and walk me through steps to lock down these fonts for the group (if that's possible?). Please see attached screenshots.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction, as I'm not sure who to contact directly about a billing issue.I run an agency and due to cashflow reasons, I need to switch from my yearly subscription to a monthly plan. However, I can't seem to find a way to make that switch within Figma itself. On top of that, my latest invoice just charged me 192 EUR for the yearly subscription which I'd like to request a refund for. Could anyone point me to the right support channel to get this sorted? version 126.1.2Search has been broken all week. Can not search within asset panel of local libraries, linked libraries, or in component variants in the inspector panel. It started with our icon library, and now has affected all components. My entire team is experiencing this issue.

The interface changed this morning, and there used to be a navigation on the top and you can click through different pages of the website in design mode, and preview/make changes. It now disappeared! Help please, how do I preview different pages now?

I want to be billed for only 1 seat but the invoice shows more seats. I have  already removed other users but is still being billed for multiple seats. I am seeking clarification and resolution to only pay for 1 seat. I want to update my existing invoice to just 1 seat not 2. 

I am a Education Plan user. I am unable to find the "Export for Make" button in the publish popup, and this happened in my edu team.According to your doc, the button should be located there.Could you please let me know why it's missing? 

Hello,I’m trying to  build a repsonsive barchart with bars and a XY axis labels like this: To make the bars overlap the graph labels and dotted lines I have the bars as a fixed position.What I cant do is make this responsive. When stretched the fixed postion bars do not respond to the new width. So it looks like this: Fixed bar positionIs there a way to have the Y value of the bars fixed but have the width fill?

I developed a plugin for Figma and want to publish it, but when I try to publish, I get an error saying, “We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to publish this plugin.”when I emailed the provided address (support@figma.com), Just receiving an automatic reply cannot solve my problemPlease resolve this issue and help me remove this error.

When are the Figma Learn videos going to be updated to reflect the recent Figma UI changes and features? I’m try to refresh my understanding of components and variants and it’s difficult to follow along with the videos when they no longer reflect the present day. Are there alternative videos out there?

Hi Figma team and community,I'm experiencing a consistent issue with Figma Make when used within Figma Sites. Every time I try to create or edit a Figma Make component in my Sites file, the same thing happens:I write a prompt Figma Make responds and starts building the component Right before it finishes, the page refreshes The prompt and all the work disappearsThis issue is occurring on: My original Figma Sites file A duplicated copy of that file New Figma Sites fileOther context: Regular Figma Make works fine for me  I have available credits Tested prompting in desktop app and web browser and the same problem occurred Has anyone else experienced this? Figma Make has the ability to allow users to make unique pages. I’ve used this in several projects. When I duplicated project, the function disappears from the top toolbar. Why is this? How do I get it back?

They provide us the opportunity to learn with Figma Education plans.I contacted the Administration on 8th February 2026 and they said that they have sent you a submitted questionnaire from me regarding an access to Figma Education Plan. And to wait for email from you. So far I don't have any received email from your side. Figma Make files with Supabase connections cannot be published to Community 

I was trying to log in and work on my poster, however, I wasn’t able to. It kept loading and never show up. When I try using another account, it did work, so I think it might be an account problem. I really need this because everything I have for my poster is in this account, and I have to print that out in time.
