Since your vendors are external users whose email addresses don't match your organization's domain, they're considered guests in Figma.
Guests have limited access to the organization, they can't browse organization teams or access shared resources, and can only be invited to specific teams, projects, or files rather than the entire organization.
They can't browse organization teams or access shared resources like fonts, plugins, or library analytics. You can only invite guests to individual teams, projects, and files in the organization. Hope this helps get your vendors set up!
