Need to cancel config ticket

No one is responding to me to help me cancel my config ticket. What do I do? I am only getting chat bots. Need a refund! This should not be so hard

I understand you want to cancel your Config ticket.

I've located your support ticket (#1643324) and have flagged it for prioritization with the correct team. They will contact you directly.

 

For anyone else with a similar question, you can cancel your ticket for a refund up until May 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT. Please reach out to us directly via our Support Hub > click ‘Start a chat’ > type ‘Cancel Config ticket’.

I still have not been contacted about getting a refund at all and got no support ticket confirmation and was told here in the forum that it was flagged for prioritization over 24 hours ago. 

How long am I supposed to wait? I need to cancel my other bookings before they are non-refundable. It’s been 9 days since my original ask and I need to cancel my flights and hotel bookings but have to wait for config refund.

Hi,

I came across your post regarding your Config ticket refund request. If the ticket is still available, I’d be interested in purchasing it and it is transferable , as tickets are currently sold out on the website.

I recently joined a new company and my whole design team is attending Config, so I’m hoping to join them as well.

Hi ​@Malliha Fatima, thanks for chiming in here and excited to hear that you hope to join us at Config!

I completely understand your excitement, but I just wanted to clarify that transfers are only allowed between colleagues belonging to the same organization. Since cancellations and refunds are still available through May 22nd at 11:59pm PDT, any tickets from current attendees who cancel may become available.

For now, your best bet is reaching out to the Config support team directly to see if there are any tickets still available for purchase. There is a Contact link listed on the Config FAQ page here. Here’s hoping that the team is able to get you a ticket!
