Requested refund for unintended full seat

I accidentally grant full seat for a teammate that im not want to assign 15 minutes ago and I have un-assign that seat already, Another thing that I have billed for 2 full seats but I have bought an annual full seat for my account already, so basicaly that I will need to refund off 2 seatS.

So could you kindly support me on this subject with many thanks!

Great news, your billing issue has been resolved! 🎉

Just to share some context for the community: this charge occurred because when other users are given edit access to files, they automatically get provisioned a paid seat. Since this seat was added by mistake, the support agent has gone ahead and removed it.

As a best practice, if you'd like to prevent unexpected charges in the future, we recommend enabling seat approval settings, this requires Admin approval before a user is upgraded to a paid seat.
