We’re running into an issue with Code Connect that started last Friday.We’re currently rebuilding our Design System, and up until last week we were using Code Connect successfully to map Figma components to code in our GitHub repo. Since last Friday, variant restrictions no longer match as expected, so the intended use cases/examples don’t appear even though the file still publishes without errors.What we observe Publishing the .figma.tsx file succeeds. Repo access/permissions appear unchanged (Figma still has access to the repo). The Code Connect example that should match a specific variant combination never shows. This exact setup was working correctly before last Friday. Example:In our .figma.tsx file for the component (Checkbox), we restrict the example using variant values: figma.connect( Checkbox, "FIGMA_NODE_URL", { variant: { "Text": "true", "Description Text": "false" }, imports: [ "import { Checkbox } from 'OUR_IMPORT_ROUTE'", "import { Label } from 'OUR_IMPORT_ROUTE'",

First, I shared the prototype for review. Then I wanted to move the prototype to a team project, but there was no option to move the prototype. Then I went to the prototype and clicked "Move prototype to team project." After that, the prototype disappeared. I checked all the trashes, and the prototype was nowhere to be found. I was the only one who had access to the prototype.How can I restore access to the prototype?

Hi, Figma Education Team,I am writing to request urgent assistance with my Figma Education Plan. Like many other users, I am experiencing serious re-verification issues.I am a UX design student at Yrgo, Sweden, and I lost access to my Figma Education Plan in September 2025 after missing the re-verification window. My account was then downgraded to a Free plan.I have contacted Figma Support multiple times regarding this problem (including tickets #1541584 and #1615172) and was always referred to SheerID. I have contacted SheerID several times and submitted all required information and proof of enrollment, but my tickets are closed automatically without any response (“your ticket is permanently closed”). I also emailed the Figma Education Team twice in December 2025 with no reply, not even an auto-response.I am now in my second year of UX education, and the loss of my Education Plan is blocking me from working on team projects, accessing my older files, and using necessary AI tools. Hi everyone,I accidentally approved an additional seat on our Pro plan. I removed it immediately after noticing the mistake, and the seat was not used.Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to prevent the extra charge, or is contacting billing support the only option in this case?I would appreciate any advice.Thank you.

HiMultiple component buttons with variables and interactions are mimicking what the other does unexpectedly. I have several pages each with a question and a selection of answers. I’ve used variables to help with the interactions and it was working fine. But suddenly once answer A for example is picked, it's already highlighted as if its been selected on the other page. I’ve looked into issues, so I’ve given them different names but the issue still persists. The one thing that is connecting them all is the use of variables applied when using interactions. I was under the impression the same variable sets could be used on multiple buttons? But should I have different one. So page one would have Question 1 set, etc. Thank you in advance for the help!Best, Matt

Glass effect not working if inside Auto Layout parent with "First on top" Canvas stacking order. (And if that glass effect element is wrapper by another frame)Create a frame element (like a navbar) that has Glass effect and call it glassNavbar Place it in a frame representing a page.  Add some more elements in the page so we have a page that the navbar is sitting on top of. Add auto layout to all of the elements (including the navbar) and put the “Canvas stacking” in “Last on top” mode so that the first element (the glassNavbar) to appear on top of the other ones (basically a higher z-index) In Prototype Tab select the Scroll behaviour position of the glassNavbar to “Sticky (stop at top edge)” so that it works like a navbar. Now the glassNavbar is sticky but the problem is that it sticks at the very top edge of the screen, I need some margin. So far everything works properly and the glass effect is working. Hi Figma Support,I am writing because I am unable to access the Education Plan despite being a student. I am facing a loop where I cannot verify, and the third-party support has closed my case.The Issue: Role Confusion: In my account settings, my role is listed as "Education" (see screenshot), but I do not have the Education Plan features and am still asked to upgrade to a paid plan. Verification Blocked: I attempted to verify via SheerID multiple times without success. I have now reached the limit and cannot retry. I know I know windows, everyone uses MacOS etc However Figma Slides doesn’t make it easy to export all slides to a single pdf there is no “files” option Like there is no UI option to export slides as individual slides or all at once. This is not useful. Documentation is not helpful for window users missing on user base

Experiencing pixel nudge problem, does anyone have the same problem or whats the solution for this.When moving a point from a shape or from pen tool using keyboard arrow keys it nudges 2px even the nudge amount is set to 1px in the settings. The problem also occurs for big nudges, jumping from 20px instead of 10px. When the nudge amount is set to 0.5px, the point will nudge 1px. The problem only occur on points and not on shapes or objects, as far as I observed. Figma Desktop App version 126.0.4I also attahced a quick video.

I recently set up my student account under the Figma Professional Plan. However, after accepting ownership of a FigJam file, I was unable to add a new page and received a prompt to upgrade to a Professional Plan. It was my understanding that my student verification already granted me access to these professional features. Hi, I am unable to get the Grammarly plugin to open on a Figma Slides file. Any reason why this might be happening? 

I was playing around with Mirror and somehow I ended up saving a playable version on my phone.   Sadly, I don’t remember how I could have done that.   This is really handy because I can now open the app away from my desktop and see/share the Figma Flow. I think it has something to do with a Page.  ?? I just don’t remember how I did it.    😫

My sidebar doesn’t hug its children as it’s supposed to be. An instance of it works, but other copies of it doesn’t work.With the non-working instance: With the working instance:I’ve checked everything. Everything’s the same. The sidebar instance is the same  as the main component’s.

Hi,Overnight, my prototype started acting weird in regards to stroke.It looks like the element shortly inherits the default stroke from when applying it before showing the correct one when navigating back and forth between screens.Yesterday, it worked like a charm.I’ve cleared my cache, restarted, reinstalled, etc.

Hey everyone! 👋I’m currently building my portfolio site with Figma Sites (loving it so far! 🎉), but I’m running into a GDPR question.I plan to add Google Analytics for basic traffic stats — which means I technically need a cookie consent modal for GDPR compliance (I’m in the EU).As far as I can see, Figma Sites doesn’t (yet) support any built-in cookie consent options.So my questions: How are others here handling cookie consent with Figma Sites? Is there any native solution planned? Have you successfully embedded 3rd party tools like CookieYes, Osano or others? Any tips or workarounds would be super appreciated! 🙏
