Hi everyone,I’ve been noticing something weird with my site lately and can’t really figure out what’s causing it. Sometimes it loads fine, but other times it’s either really slow or just doesn’t open on the first try. Hi, I’m new to Figma and I’m trying to bring an existing Angular project into Figma for design and editing purposes.My project is already implemented in Angular (HTML, CSS/SCSS, components), and I’d like to know: Is there a way to import an existing Angular project (UI + styles) into Figma? Can Figma automatically convert HTML/CSS into editable frames/components? Are there any recommended tools or plugins to achieve this (e.g., HTML → Figma)? What is the best workflow to sync or recreate an existing frontend project inside Figma? My goal is to: Reuse the current UI design Edit it visually in Figma Potentially iterate and export back to development Any guidance or recommended workflow would be appreciated. Thanks!

During March 2026, I used Figma Make with 1 Full seat purchased in February. At some point my credit balance reached zero, but Figma Make continued to function without any interruption, warning, or usage cap. No error messages were shown. The only information I found about this behavior was in community discussions suggesting that credit limits were "not enforced yet" during early access.After my subscription renewed (after March 18), my admin checked the billing dashboard and found usage immediately displayed as 6,266 / 3,000 — more than 2x the monthly limit. The admin console tooltip explicitly states: *"Full seat limits weren't enforced yet."*I had no way to monitor or control credit consumption once the balance hit zero, as the product gave no indication that usage was still being tracked.**Reproducible pattern:** The issue appears to be systemic — credit limits were not enforced during the early access period, but usage was tracked retroactively and surfaced as an overage at renew

No image loaded when publishing 

Hello Figma Community and Support Team,I am reaching out here as a last resort. I have submitted the contact form multiple times over the past [Time Period, e.g., two weeks] regarding a persistent issue, but I have yet to receive a resolution or a definitive follow-up. I understand the team is busy, but this is currently blocking my workflow/business procurement. If a community manager or support representative could please look into this or escalate my previous tickets, I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you for your time and help.

I uploaded a screenshot of my receipt/payment that included my name, my school’s name, the date, and the enrollment quarter, but it was denied. I did cover certain areas containing personal information, but all of the requested and relevant information is still visible. Is there any way to request a person look at it? Excited to get more experience with Figma!

  I'm using Figma's Simple Design System (SDS). I added a new Mode to the Typography Primitives collection so I can switch to a different font.When I tested it directly in the SDS project file itself, I can easily select the mode and change to a different font without any issues.However, after I publish the SDS library and add it to another project file to use, I can no longer select or switch the mode to change the font.Does anyone know why this is happening? Please help me out. Thank you!

Hi,Despite having paid plan and full seat, when creating a new Figma Make file i simply don’t see this “Create kit” feature.Also can’t make Figma see my libraries.Did anybody have similar problem?

Alpha information from layer, invertedExportFrame colors Png exports have weird dithered gradients and no option to export in 10 bit. I have to resort to exporting pdfs, because exporting smoothed corners as an svg deletes smoothing.

I have a Full Seat. My Admin purchased extra AI credits for the month. When I send a file to Figma Make, I get the message “Your Full seat in xxxx’s team is out of AI credits until they reset on Apr x.” When I check the AI Balance it shows 5.4k credits left out of 7.5k for the month. 

I'm facing an issue when trying to publish my plugin to the Figma Community. After filling in all required fields and clicking 'Publish', I keep getting the error: "Please fill out required fields and correct any errors." I have checked the fields multiple times, but the error persists.Here is a screenshot of the error I am encountering:Can anyone help me figure out what's causing this issue or suggest a solution? It would be great if there’s a known fix or a workaround to proceed with publishing the plugin. 

How do I get to see colors defined in extended collections in the ‘Fill’ section?For example- I wanted to add a color from ‘RF Colors’, but the only ones I can see are from the ‘1 Semantic Colors’ section. 

Is there a way to copy Design files and paste it in another project folder, or a option to copy to <Folder Name> just like we have Move to..?

why i can’t buy 1000 credits for figma make? help me witht that

Hello, I’ve published my design system and i’m able to select it in Figma Make. When I look in the styles folder, the fonts/tailwind/index.css files all appear empty. The theme.css file does look to be populated with some values derived from the library like typography and color. I’m unsure if these values are being derived from the attached design library or from the template I provided to start the design with.Is there a way to confirm this?Should I be able to see components from within my published design system? and if yes, is there documentation on how to format the design system so that Figma Make can understand it?I’ve attached the content of the theme.css file in figma make.

Hi Figma Community,I'm experiencing an issue where Figma file links are not opening in the desktop app when clicked from Safari. Instead, they always open in a new Safari tab.The core issue is that this problem is isolated entirely to Safari.
